This number called me but when i looked it up everything kept saying it was a cell phone but i have no idea who i texted it and got nothing back.

I got a phone call from a lady named Tara with this number at my work, who is this?

This Number belongs to KCI (Kansas Counslors) debt Collector

Got a call from Tara also, no message except for the phone number

I've been getting calls from them (Kansas Counslors) and not one message was left. I've just blocked their number. If its important they can leave a message.

We also recieve calls from this number, sounded very strange and suspitious.  She said she was with KCI (what others stated) and I called the company and confirmed it.

Keep getting calls from this number. After I asked if the caller if she was looking for a private residence or business, she hanged up.

Having numbers call my cell phone I dont know. getting fed-up. did some research and their tele marketers. They very rarely leave messages. Some do and say my name was drawn for some bs prize.

It's a Collection agency

They use an old lady to ask for you then hand you off to someone else when you confirm who you are! Kansas Counslers is the Debt Collection agency that this number belongs too!

It's not a telemarketer. It's a collection agency from Kansas.

They would call me when I would answer, someone would say I am putting you on hold for a minute. Call me better be ready to talk I am not waiting on hold if you are the one doing the calling.

They refused to give me any info when I called. When I told them I wanted to know what they were calling about, they hung up.

She asked for me and then she said "I have a personal call for you" and then the phone hangs up.

That's exactly what happened to me!! I thought it was some pervert and almost reported it! lol. Thanks for info, although I'm not sure what they would be calling me about. They have never left a message or called after normal working hours, but that number has called about 4 times off and on. Why don't they leave a message??

This is KCI - Kansas Counselors Inc - a debt collections agency.  As far as I know they're usually after medical debt.  In my experience they'll call but not leave messages unless someone answers - then a woman will leave her first name and this number as though she's a friend.

This number has called several times, when I answer, there is just silence.

Yes, when I answer, there is no one on the other end.  Very strange...I have stopped answering that number!
