this guy has many listing house for rent in trulia and other web sites be carefull, he use diferent phone numbers like (330)267-7391 he ask for money before he send the keys. the house has supra key, and any realtor can open cuz the codes are in the mls. listing, but this people are not from there, they will try to get your money be carefull..

yes, this is true.  I seen a very nice house in Missouri City, on trulia and could not believe the price.  he insist that the house is his and that they decided to lease it.  The application that he emailed me is a joke.  I told him I would send him $100.00 and he would send me the keys, really.  Be careful.  Its a big fraud.

wants security deposit and then send key by mail. It is a scam. Does not respond to personal e mails. NEVER send money through mail to anyone until you don't know in promise to send the goods afterwards. Never give personal info.
