left no message, caller ID shows 5 STAR ROOFING. another scammer.

Wanted my credit card numbers to "lower my interest rate".  Got very ignorant when I told them I WOULD NOT give them my credit card numbers.  Gentleman told me he already had the numbers, he was verifying I was the card holder.  I told him he called me at the phone number listed on the account that should be verification enough.  He got extremely rude and I hung up.

Caller ID showed number 913-638-7874 from Kansas. Recording said they were calling to "lower my interest rate". When I asked the female representative what company she was calling from, she simply said "Credit Card Services". She sounded foreign, like she was calling from a call center in India. I asked her which credit cards and she said Capitol One, Wells Fargo, and a few other companies. I don't have a credit card and told her as much. She then hung up. My phone number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry through the Federal Trade Commission, so I filed a complaint.

Received a call on my cell phone. Have also received a call from 913-638-7874 on my home phone. They want to lower my credit rate on my credit card but do not tell me which card. Are they so ignorant that they think that they can get by with this scam! They are con artists and I beg the FBI and Homeland Security to check into this. If they can get people to give them this information then they can use the credit card information for their "terrorist" organizations and their god - which is probably Satan! Beware of these horrible people.
