Received call from this number today. Someone from this number (recording) is looking for Dashia Lee (sp?) Apparently this person is involved in a lawsuit, If you know them give them the message to call this number. Received call for same person yesterday from another number as well (720-446-0617). Good luck.

Fraudulent bill collector. Could hardly understand the dude--sounded like he had mashed potatoes in his mouth. Funny automatic robot announces your "case number". really laughed.

Called and left a message for some person I don't know, asking to call the # because they were being charged with "fraudulent activity associate with their social security number. Weird.

Got a call from them today.  Told me I had fradulent activity associated with my name and social and I'm being charged.  Ha Ha Ha.  Gave the case number and told me I would be served at my place of business or residence.  Don't believe the hype.  What legal upstanding authority would call you and tell you this crap?  Just ignore it like I do.  

Just got a call from this number and they said i took out a pay day loan and never paid it back. they want me to pay or go to court. this payday loan was paid off in full over 8 yrs ago!!! they said i will be served in 3 days. can they really do this to people?

Just got a message from a real lady but the info was computer generated. Said i had (2) charges against for fraud in my county under my social security number. What is this? Gave me a case number in a computer generated voice. My name was spoken in a computer generated voice also. Anyone call this number back? Sounds like real person picks up.

It's a fraud. They just called me for a guy named Jeffry with my fiance's last name. Real people pick up, but it's a scam. Not my area code to be from my county

Got a call for Kimberly with my last name said was being charged and once charged all my rights are forfited.  When I called them back with the case number I would not give them my first name made them tell me.  They have been using various numbers calling me and my family for money.  Its a scam.

I'm calling to inform you that there are two charges filed against you and the social security attatched to this account for fraudulent activities and if you do not wish to be summon at your home or place of work, you must contact 913-730-5990 and plead your case.

The ladys name was Linda Sherbert....I called the number back and it said extension does not exist.

I just posted the same thing. I got the exact same message and same number. I called back and it said extension doesn't exist. Ladys name was Linda Sherbert and like you said, it was voiced in an automative message.

Same call from 913-730-5990 received today.  Called it back and a man answered.  Never said a business name.  I asked him repeatedly for the name of the firm, yet he would only give his name.  Very odd and against FTC rules.  I told him that I did not know the person whose name was indicated on my voicemail.   Same odd message left which was a combination of a live voice and a computer voice.  He claimed that his department does not generate outbound calls?!   ( how would I have the number in my caller ID if this was so??!! )   At the end of the day, he said that my phone number would be removed from their records.  We'll see.  REPORT THEM TO THE FTC!!!!

My gosh they have been calling me to. Leaving messages saying fraudulent activity with my name and s.s.
But they got my first name wrong...rather scarey to  receive such a call. And it's a couple times a day..Said they had two counts against me and I would be served at my home or work..I actually went to my bank to make sure things where ok with my accounts and of course they where..wondering if the law should be  told about this.

they left the sme message for me they went one step further they called my former employer an left the same message havent worked there in 5 years scammmm

Called me said that I would be served. They didn't have a company name and said that UNTIL I made arrangements that they couldn't send me any correspondence verifying the information. WTHECK?

Just got call a call from past employer about this...... guess they received a recored message as stated above for me. Have not worked there for over 4 years. They didn't ask to speak with me just recorded message stating about being suied and claim number.
