The number 913-789-2981 is from GEMB (GE Money Bank) for Sam's Club line of credit.  Thank God I had the foresight to remove my voice mail from my cell phone & home phone.  They cut all of my other lines of credit (with GEMB) about a year ago after I ALWAYS paid them on time for many years---so  they can eat the $4,000 that I owe them now on my Sam's Club line of credit account!!  It's time for a consumer's revolt!

I tried on several occasions to set up a payment arrangement with them, but they refuse to drop the interest rate and cut a deal.  All other creditors made a deal with me, but not Sam's....greedy guts.

I don't have a line of credit with sams club, GE or Walmart.....why the hell are they calling my cell phone?

Exactly the same here.  I have no debts whatsoever and these [***] won't even identify themselves.  They just leave voice mails consisting of a few seconds of music.  What possible gain could this be for them?

First guess would be that someone applied for or has credit in YOUR name.

Got a call on Labor Day to my cell phone saying they were from GE Capital attempting to collect a payment on a Sam's Club Account.  I do have a Sam's Club account with an $85.00 credit.  Don't know what kind of scam this is.
