This is a group that is date mining on-line accident reports filed by Police Departments.  They will then call you and sometimes claim they are associated with your auto insurance company and want you to get an exam.  They will then steer you to a Chiropractic businesses associated with them.

Daughter received a phone call from 913-804-2137 & was advised it was "state law" that she attend a "free" consultation to MaxLife Health & Laser Center.  An appointment was made for her & then a follow up call from 913-804-2137.  She then received a text message from 614-219-9577 confirming her appointment & the address & phone # of MaxLife Health & Laser.    Attempts to return calls to 913-804-2137 result in busy signal.  My daughter was involved in a car accident & police report was file.....this is a SCAM.....DO NOT ATTEND these appointments

Addendum to above comment....the call from 913-804-2137 is an outside marketing call and the staff at MaxLife Health & Laser Center is taking steps to assure this does not happen again.  MaxLife provided a service that could be beneficial to the patient and did call to apologize.  I do not believe MaxLife was directly involved in the misrepresentation of their service and I do appreciate their call to advise they are taking steps to rectify the problem.
