Just recieved a call from this number -- I missed it and they did not leave a message. I called back and the voicemail said that all the representatives are busy and to leave a message and then another message that said "Sorry the users mailbox is full and not accepting any more messages". My guess is it's a phishing scam.

i answered the call when they called me and it was someone out of the USA calling to say they had documents. I said what kind of documents and they said legal documents. I told them they had the wrong person and hung up. It is a scam.

They called and left no message and I called back and they said they were the worldwide locating service looking for Brian ???somebody???. We told "her" we don't know that guy and they said they had the wrong number.

I didn't answer but they called both cell phones twice within 20 min

They called looking for my friend however when I called the number back it said magic jack user nothing available it is a scam

They called my mothers number said they was taking legal action against me was suppose to leave a number for her to give me to call back so i coyld find out what the hec was going on and how convenient the call was dropped and my mom tried to call back several times no answer said magic jack phone holder  mailbox full.

This is a scam. They told us we need to pay $100 immediately over the phone or we'd have to go to court over some old debt that Verizon "filed a complaint" with "the court" over. We actually paid it, then thought better of it and cancelled the transaction with our bank, changed our banking info, and spoke directly with Verizon. Verizon stated that they had no such complaint with us, that it was a scam, and to contact the FBI since this is a call being made across state lines. We're following up with the FBI now.
Then they called again yesterday!!! I confronted them about being a scam. They became rude quickly and hung up before providing any credentials. Again, this is a scam. If someone is threatening to take you to court, ask every question under the sun you can think of to make sure they are not lying to you. And if they refuse to back up their claims, tell them you are reporting them to the FBI and do it. This was a big wake up call for me. Protect your family and protect yourself.

Ok so my brother not in trouble

He was very rude he called me an idiot!!!

Told me they had legal documents for me I told them to call back in 2 hours they never did, she told me there were privacy factors when I asked who was complaining..... SCAM

This is a scam call.  I just got called today so they are continuing to call people.

I just got a call from that number and when I Awnsered it they said nothing and hung up and when I called it back it said the magic jack mail box is full like wtf?
I already have one stalker like dam now this!!!!  

I have been receiving the same calls. Literally 10 mins ago I got another. After telling her that this was a fraudulent attempt she hung up. I called back and she answered. I informed her that I was recording the conversation and if I could please have her name and address of the company she worked for. She hung up! My anxiety goes through the roof everytime I have to deal with these individuals. I had almost verbatim the same experience as Michael above with the Verizon issue. However mine was T-Mobile and I did the same exact thing.. The company that it was attached to or claiming to be doing the suit for T-Mobile was PAS Legal Services. Has anyone had the same? Please post! So sick and tired of this!

I had this same issue! Exactly! However, mine was with T-Mobile and they almost got me for over $200. I did the same, cancelled the payment and cancelled my CC card. I am now on a personal vendetta to put an end to it.

Yes, they called me last week and again today, twice!  Talking about they are calling on behalf of Sprint and they were some type of Legal Service!

Unwanted caller pretending to be a law office

Called me twice today and called my father threatening to serve me at home or my job. They gave me a 844 number to call and when I did the lady asked for my ss number which I refused to give to her. She then got angry and hung up on me. These people are stalkers and want to steal your money or credit . Beware

Yup just called me, they are on a roll calling whom ever to try and get some free money. No message was left and after seeing the info here I wont be calling them back. Thank gosh we have smart phones and can block these #'s.
