I got this call from "Travis Dunn" at "coopers law firm" saying I owe 500 some dollars to cash net USA for a fraudulent loan and 3 additional criminal charges. After he told me all of the charges against me I told him that I am underage and that I need to call my parents to know what to do because I had no idea what was going on. He said that if I would pay $100 dollars then it would be fine because he wouldn't submit the claim and that I don't have time to call my parents before he would have officers come and take me to jail. Keep in mind he is aware that I am UNDERAGE. I kept explaining to him I don't understand, let me call someone, I can't even take out a loan because I am underage and so on. He was so rude and I told him I would not continue until I had at least been in contact with my parents because they were at work. He reluctantly let me off and said I only had 15-20 minutes. I called my mom and she said it sounded like a scam but rushed home. She called him back and he said he couldn't even tell her my email, which was supposedly what linked me to the crime. She said for him to email me with further information if this is true. She hung up and we called our local authorities just to confirm it was a scam, and of corse it was. If I was guilty, which I am not, I am underage they are not allowed to pursue civil actions towards me. In addition, we called Cash Net USA and found out that you cannot even take out a loan in my state. Glad I didn't have to learn the hard way. He was very willing to take advantage of my misunderstandings and my age! I am left a little shaken by this and very discouraged that a person would do such a thing. Moral of the story: Travis Dunn is a cruel scammer, he calls and says he is from Coopers Law Firm and it is located in New York, the number was (914)-236-6152

I received the Same SCAM call!!! How do you report this phone number??? They called me at work and they will not stop!!! I dont know what they are talking about coopers law firm"

I received the Same SCAM call!!! You can report this number to the local, county, state, and federal officials. When reporting this scam to local, county, state and federal officials make sure you are clear and that you will not vote for them or send them campaign money until something is done about this issue!  Report to BBC, FTC, FBI (message don't get scammed, steps to take), and CIA. Bugging the crap of them may work? These people have used my name as the official and/or lawyer involved. Please be careful, these people will do anything to scam you and others! The telephone numbers they use are spoof numbers, they are usually located in India.

Called to say I was gonna get arrested and that I  should get an attorney and to call that number, came out unknown on my phone and I knew it was spam the second they didnt mention a name.

I just got a third call from.Travis Dunn he keeps harassing me saying I have Been charged with 3 fraudulent crimes and if I pay over 500 dollars their won't be any prosecution  twords me I just want these phone calls to leave me alone he said he was from Coopers law firm and he is from new York city and the number he called me was a 914-236-6152 number I believe its a scam but I just want it to stop what do I do!

I got a call today from this number he sounded fishy on the phone, thankfully i listen to my gut and did some research before i gave out any personal info, I'm 7 months pregnant and this fools trying to scam me want so badly to call and cuss him out. something needs to be done about this i reported it to my local athorites but sounds like that may not be enough if they've been doing this too so many people. The name i was given was Jacob Morris. that is what hes going by now. hope no one else gets caught up in this.

I got the same call from "Jacob Morris" saying the police were on the way!   Oh my!   He gave his number as 914-236-6152.  Called back for fun but it went to VM.   LOVE to find where this little weasel is who preys on the less educated or more trusting and show him a thing or two.

Got a call this morning.  The name given was Jacob Morris.  Didn't ask for anyone in the message and was threatening to send officers as I was a primary suspect in a case.  Too fishy for me or my friend to call back.  Glad we checked here first.  Showed up as Unknown on caller ID.

I received a call at 0730 this morning, I wasn't able to pick-up so a threatening voicemail was left for me. I called the 914-236-6152 number provided and spoke to a "Jacob Morris". He stated that a lawsuit was filed containing three charges. When I pressed him for a case number, he wouldn't provide one. Got the whole speech of " I will have cops at your house, blah blah."  I pushed further and asked for the company address, he stated:

I informed him that i would be contacting my lawyer immediately and offered to give him that information as well, he hung up on me. I called back and kept getting a very generic message. Spoke with my lawyer and was assured this was a scam and then I started researching online and came across this website. Have blocked this number and will pursue other avenues to file a complaint.

I received the same phone call he stated he was from Cooper Law Frim, and said that I had a warrant out for my arrest for unpaid loans that I got and didn't pay back, I told home he indeed have the wrong person and asked home where is he located he said New York. I then told him I was going into the police department and give his information to them  he then hung up, but I called back again and asked him his name and let him know that this information is being given to the police he hung up again I called again and blast his but out and let him know that he indeed have been reported. Beware if you get a call from 914-236-6152, I wish I could get to him he would never call my phone again.

I got a recorded message from a "Jordan Smith" threatening me with my being the number one suspect, and that they were coming to arrest me unless...that's when I deleted the message and KNEW it was another SCAM!!  I immediately went to the F.T.C. website, and reported the information to them!  Then, I went ahead and blocked the number!  What gall these overseas people have!

Jordan Smith called and said I had fraudelent charges and he was sending police to my house. I called the number back and got a voice mail,,,I do believe its a scam...contacting the police NOW!!!!

You the call and spoke to someone who could not speak well English . He told that I was going to be arrests today. When I ask for what he gave me so lame line of foreit checks. When I explain I never had a checking account he said well you ate going to be arrest anyway and hang up.

Hi y'all, got this call 2day (14MAR14).   Unusual 4 us but caller left message with number to call back.  Same stuff, will get warrant for my county Sherriff's Office, arrest me, and God keep me safe, do not ignore call!  Total [***] readin' off a script.  I do pray and feel sorry for folks they nab into their web and give them credit card info!  How folks can work for a Company like this or whomever "employs" them is such a tragedy!   Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

This person called to say that I needed to secure an attorney because I would be arrested on Monday 03/17/2014 by a team of officers flying down from New York for fraud against a company called Cash Net USA..
