Call is from MOD aka March of Dimes. Never leave message on machine but calls multiple times a day. Almost harassment.

Listing shows MOD, which, from this site, means March of Dime.  A solicitor call and I never answer numbers I do not recognize.

Caller ID said MOD.  I did not answer.  No message was left on voice mail.

Blocked them again.

Called today and didn't leave a message.

Didn't know what MOD is but they called and I picked up out of curiosity, not sure why because Hell will have cold beer before I ever give a penny to a telemarketer. Said hello, after about five seconds I heard a female voice say hello and then I just hung up without saying anything. I remember when the March of Dimes used to be a legitimate charity that I used to donate to. I used to give them 25 dollars every year because one neighbor or another would put a pledge request in my mailbox every year and so I would donate to be a good neighbor. But then they called me one year and the lady on the phone wanted me to lead the neighborhood drive for them. When I politely said no she got a little nasty with me and practically insisted I do it, that it was my duty to raise money for them. I finally had to get a little nasty with her because being friendly and polite just didn't work. Never given them a dime since.

Caller ID says "MOD." Live caller from "March of Dimes" wanted me to send solicitations to my neighbors. No thanks, number blocked.

Caller ID showed Yonkers, NY, If the call is really from March of Dimes (MOD)  I would expect to see that on the Caller ID. Guess What, I still wont answer the call.'

Called on Easter Sunday. No message

called and left no message, that automatically means it is a telemarketer scam...

Until I read these posts,  I didn't know what MOD meant.  They called me and left no message.  I won't answer and I'll just block it.

Called at 2:29PM EST on 4-5-16.  Caller ID said "MOD."  No message was left.

Received a call from this number this morning.  Didn't recognize number so i didn't answer.  They left no message.  Caller ID said "Yonkers, NY"

It's because it is a automated dialer, which could possibly leave a message, but know you won't give the time of day to an automated message, so they want to actually talk to you.  Therefore they continue to dial till you answer.

called today--We did not answer whoever it was and we won't answer it next time either.

I blocked these people after the first time they called and didn't leave a message.  They are on my Verizon list seven times for yesterday although, of course the phone didn't ring.  I think this is excessive.

Got a call from MOD at 9:15 this morning, April 29th.  Since I did not recognize "MOD" I did not answer  and no message was left, indicating it was an unwanted solicitation call from a robocall machine.  From other posts here, I now see that it was March of Dimes, who I used to contribute to fairly regularly.  Now these days, I don't contribute to any "charities" that aren't local to me, and I never, ever buy anything from nor contribute anything to any telephone solicitor whatsoever. So, I just ignore all robocalls or other unrecognized caller ID's, and if I do happen to answer such a call, I immediately just hang up.  Unfortunately, robocalling scammers never learn that they are wasting their time calling my number, so they just keep doing it.  It's unfortunate that it is less expensive for them to keep calling than it is to purge their call lists.  The only way to stop these calls is for everyone to stop responding to them, which would eventually result in the callers realizing they are wasting their time and resources.  Unfortunately, there are enough gullible people out there that must buy whatever they are selling that it makes it worthwhile for them to keep calling, even if their calls are illegal and pure scam.  Everyone needs to stop responding to or hanging up on every one of these calls, no matter who called or what they are selling.  If you do want to contribute to the March of Dimes, or buy some particular product, you can find very easily a local source or representative and make your contribution to MOD or whatever directly or buy the product locally or at a legitimate online store.  If we all did that, the robocalls would become unproductive and would stop.

My caller ID shows "March of Dimes" when they call me multiple times EVERY DAY.  This has been going on for weeks now, and my call blocker isn't working because in just the last few days, they have called from eight different numbers, so when I  block one, they just call again from another one.

i do not know this nb  and would like it to stop

914-294-5465 = caller id = Yonker NY = search shows it is MOD = March of Dimes = keeps calling an never leaves a message, and as current tax laws don't allow for deductions above what I already getting, they will never get a dime from me...I refused to pay taxes on money twice...ugh...
