Doubt it.  According to phonevalidator.com and whitepages.com, this is a cell phone.  From Westchester, NY.  The only NCC Recovery I can find with the BBB are two - none of which are accredited by the BBB.  The NY Secretary of State's website does not show any business entities - active or otherwise - with that name.

And what makes you think they have to be registered in NY to harass New Yorkers?! News Flash...they're not accredited by the BBC because they're unethical and have voluminous complaints against them. Ever hear of phone number spoofing? These bottom feeders regularly spoof CID names and numbers (yes, that includes cell phones) to dupe people into answering. Crawl back under your call center outhouse and leave the posting to actual victims of your harassment.

PS:  If you'd bothered to read what I posted, I stated that this shows as a CELL PHONE - which makes it more certain that the caller is not legitimate.  Also, they need to have a license to collect debts in New York.
