I bought movies from Feature Films for Families when my kids were young.  The movies are After School Special type movies.  They were good for my kids, but now my kids are grown, I have moved to another state and changed my phone number and somehow they found me.  I enjoyed the movies when my kids were young, but now I don't want to order any more and I can't get that through to them.  Their sales people are very pushy and will not give up.  The best I've been able to do is tell them to call after a few months, but then they call two or three times a day until you answer.  They will not take no for an answer.  Very annoying.

I have ordered feature films for families for a few years.  I have not ordered this year and they are constantly calling me with different numbers.  This one comes up with a name and looks like a personal number.  They are a great company and the films are terrific, but I do not appreciate the huge amounts of calls I get and the different numbers show they are extremely pushy.  I will not be ordering from them anymore!! Thank goodness for caller id!

Family Feature Films ( Family TV) continues to call me after asking them several times to stop. They have numerous numbers that they call from. If I do not answer or ask them to stop they switch numbers and continue to call. I had to have my number change to stop the harassment

I have purchased films from this Feature Films for Families and though they were good films I want to stop future orders. My final purchase 2 mos ago was with the agreement they would take me off their calling list..then last week the calls started again..I stressed upon them the agreement they would stop calling...after my last purchase...now I just check the ID on my phone and don't answer...next time I may push the # number 7 times or more...I've heard that mixes up their redialing system but don't know if it really works.

Do Not want any more calls from them.  Have had 11 calls from them in 3 days.  They wont stop.  It becomes harrasment.  I will never order from them again bec ause of this behaviour.

rough crowd, if we answer, they just send a film, ask to speak to the manager, send another film, even when we say we don't want it, so don't answer it!

This company is TERRIBLE!!!  They call constantly and eventually if you don't answer they switch to calling you using either other lines or mobile phones that show up on your caller ID as a person to try to fool you into answering by thinking that a real person calling you. This number shows up as "Ryan Bobbie".
And heaven help you if you do answer! They are exceptionally pushy, bordering on rudeness, and it s nearly impossible to get off the phone with them. Case in point; they called my home using a phone number that showed up as an individual, not the company.  The caller launched into their speil and even after I said "No" more than once they kept going.  Finally, I said "NO, Thank You!!" and hung up.  They actually had the cheek to call RIGHT BACK saying that "we must have been accidentially disconnected."
I really hope that somebody puts the screws to them and shuts the down!!!!

Same problem here. I have ordered in the past but they wont leave me alone now that I do not want to order. And this time the call came up as Bobbie Ryan. I told them I could no longer afford to buy the movies but they keep right on until I usually do order 1 or two.

Same problem here. I used to buy from them when my kids were little. We loved the movies, but now I have asked them to stop calling me. I haven't bought anything from them in years. Caller ID showed a Bobbie Ryan at 914-339-5519. It was them! She asked me to confirm my "Do Not Call List" request by pressing 9. I did, and then later wondered if I had been scammed! I immediately called my phone company to make sure I wasn't going to be charged some HUGE amount of money like you hear about from other scams asking you to press 9. At least now, after reading the other posts I know it really was from FFFF. Hopefully, I'll be removed from their call list but I doubt it! I don't appreciate them calling from other numbers to try and fool you into picking up the phone like that! I called the number back and got FFFF's recording. It was the same one as the 800 number's recording.

Do not answer this number...these people will keep harassing you know matter how much you ask them to stop, even if your number is on the do not call list!!! I did buy some films from them several years ago and they were nice at the time; however, as soon as I stopped, the phone calls started.  As several other people have said if you don't answer the 800 number they will switch to another number trying to get you to answer. Even though I don't answer they keep calling.  And pushing the 9 as they ask you to will NOT stop them from calling back!!

Caller ID says Bobbi Ryan. I didn't answer, but I have ordered from Feature Films for Families in the past. They were great movies when the children were small, but my baby is 21 now and they just keep on calling even though I say "No Thank You" every time

A very bad company that violate the Do Not Call rules and has no respect for their customers. Currently being sued by the DOJ on behalf of the FTC. Of course they are counter-suing while continuing their illegal calls, because they are criminals. Do not buy from them. Do not answer their calls.
