This is the Credit Card Identity Thief company known as Consumer Services. They try to harvest sensitive information about you.

These people will not stop calling I have told them repeatedly to put me on there do not call list but they will not stop calling

This is a scam, as soon as the recording starts, hang up.  Put it on call blocking and report it to the "Do Not Call Registry", not that they will do anything about it, but it might make you feel good.

They call many times but not talking. When I call back the computer voice reply is telling to press "1" is I want to be in the do not call list.  I did but the phone is kept on ringing.

I'm getting a lot of bogus phone calls all day from various numbers and I'm going to report every one of them.  I don't know how to stop this, but I hope you guys can,  Here's one number 9145302264.  Please help me stop these people.  I'll be reporting more as they come in.  Thank you.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I have reported this and several numbers they use. Got a letter from Government said they can't do anything about it because they keep changing the number..............lot of good it does to be on the list. Only good for legitimate telemarketers they told me.

Why don't these phones have a way to block unwanted call/ers??
I got cell phones because I can't get away from nuisance call/ers on my lanline phone and now, the robo callers are calling me on my cellphone number/s.  Cannot remedy...if there's a way, I don't know how. Do Not Call lists are useless, as they just buy up banks of numbers and re-work them.  Disgusting!

Robo call from Card Holder Services. These people are SCAMMERS> Avoid at all costs and do not provide any personal information. These people are relentless and have no shame.

Yeah, I see the Consumer Services people are starting a new round of calling.  The only way to beat these idiots....and the hundreds that are just like them....is to buy a call blocker set.  Do Not Call is a joke and won't stop any of these scam artists.  I spent $40 on a Sentry Call blocker and it's the best money I ever spent....for peace and quiet that is.

another scam!!!!!!   they want to help lower your credit card rate but they don't know what card or anything else about you until you provide it.  just trying to steal your identity….    if you say your on do not call list they use profanity and hang up , only to call back in a week and try again….    WHAT A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE SCUM $@!&*#%…….

Third call from this number today, even though I do not answer. The DO NOT CALL agency should be named DOES NO GOOD... another ineffective government "service" with a big budget.

These people are calling me at least once every day.  I have tried asking them not to call me again (and they hung up on me), leading them on by pretending that I had debt and keeping them on the phone for several minutes to waste their time before telling the caller that I was just putting them on, and not answering at all.  When I don't answer, they just call back a few hours later.  I have tried that for a few days now and hope that they will get tired of getting my fax machine.    

I get these calls almost every day. I am rarely here when they call. Today I tricked someone into telling me the name of the company - ACA Credit Services.  They appear to be based in Canada.  That kind of explains the lack of response to my complaints to the FCC (though I am very disappointed they can't even take the time to acknowledge my complaints-lazy [***]). After reading this thread I am trying some of the other methods to stop this jerks.
