just got a call from this idiot that knew all of my personal information saying i was being sued!  he wouldn't give any information!  Idiots!!! Stupid!!!

omg i got a call yesterday and i used my questioning skills lol and he got upset and told me to go f myself and i kept calling him harrassing him like he was me and he just kept cussing me out and hanging up...

he even said that i was going to be terminated from my job today and i told him that i would call him back today to let him know i still have my job lol...

...Just got called again...This guys' accent was so thick, it was difficult to understand him...He totally botched the pronunciation of my name, threatened me with dire legal action..Then says his name was "Allen Smith"....Really!!!!!!!!

I got 4 calls from this number yesterday in back-to-back succession. Did not answer any of them. Finally left a message saying his name was "Mr. Johnson" although his Eastern Indian accent was so thick I couldn't understand him very well. He threatened me with criminal charges if myself or my "attorney of record" did not return his call immediately.

Are these calls legit? I've gotten similar calls from different numbers in the past and reported them but they keep coming.

I got the same calls yesterday and today. The name he used yesterday was Robert Johsonson and Mark Watson today.  He told me he was going to send the sherrif to arrest me at work if i did not send over $600.00 to clear my record and he was going to have my SS# cancelled.

This number been calling and calling....finally picked up. He said it was a legal issue and I was being taken to court for fraud.Told him to send me something through the mail and he insisted he MUST have my SSN#. I remembered this happened before and my bank told me NOT to give him anything. I told him he should try a new scam cuz it gets old and to go to hell. DO NOT GIVE THEM SH*T!!!!

I got the same message on my home phone when I got home from work, said he was "Jeff Thompson", I had to replay this message like 3 times to get it, his accent was very thick, told me that if I did not call him back that I would end up in a dire situation and told me good luck.  I deleted it.  I am reporting it too.

Don't fall for it.  This guy "Jeff Thompson" could hardly get his words out, and accent was very thick  LOL  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION and do not call him back.  He's a scammer.  I am reporting it.  Told me I would end up in a dire situation if I did not call back.  We shall see,,,,,,,,,not calling and he can keep calling until the cows come home!!

He said he was calvin peterson and he was sueing and then if I don't return his call he will sue me.

Received a call from this jack of an ass stating all of the same things! Said i owed this to pay  it now, one time only deal. Told him NO! So he said " ok you will see, I call the sheriff and have you arrested in tirty minutes" WOW! No bs man, i freaked, hauled it to the house to research and question anything and everybody! Then, I come accross this......Thank God it is all just a scam. Thanks to you all for reporting.

thi guy called me telling me he was with the law inforcment yesterday i did my research and saw he was a fraud  i called him today and he told me he was going to come to my house and he gave me my adress and said him and 10 men was going to rape my wife while i watched...is there any kind of law inforcment can i call to get him arrested..

I keep getting calls from this number. I dont answer but they leave a message saying its an important matter and if I dont call best of luck to me and I should have my lawyer contact them. They need to be busted and locked up for these harassing calls. This needs to stop.

I just got a phone call regarding this same scam.  This is the second one I have been involved in the past week.  I was wondering if the two are connected, has anyone that has had problems with this 914 crap had issues with iLenderAssist.

I keep getting these call also I know it's scam, but they are continuing to keep harassing me, also is was the same idiot we that thick accent and told me to get my lawyer if i don't return his call and also he said good luck! Tell me what should i do?

I just hung up the phone with this guy..  he's in NY?   how did he get my personal information?     said he was going to cut off my head and ****s and shove it down my throat.

Well he didnt threaten me.  but he knew the last four of my husband's social which I thought was weird.  he told me that my husband had 3 criminal charges against him and he had to be in court tomorrow.  when i told him that i had worked for an attorney for 10 years and that if my husband was due in court we should have been served papers informing of that he kept interrupting me.  i told him he was full of crap and that the conversation was over and hung up the phone.  he immediately called me right back and asked why i hung up on him and kept talking, i told him you need to shut up and listen, that i knew he was  scamming and that if he did not quit calling i was going to file charges against him.  then he told me fine we will see you in court, i said ok which court house you want to meet at and he hung up and I havent heard from him since.  but this other company i mentioned iLenderAssist got into my bank account and withdrew some money so I went to my bank and stopped payment, I wondered if the two was connected in anyway.

funny that you say that about  iLenderAssist - I just had to close my account because of them & TODAY I get this same phone call. The mutha fuggga better not call me with [***] threats and [***] - SCAM -

This number called me tonight. Asked for my wife, and said it was very important that they speak to her. I told them that we weren't interested in whatever they had for sale. After I said that, he told me that she had three criminal charges against her and that she would be arrested in the morning. I asked for their address and he started speaking very... uhh.. vulgar. He wanted my wife and other things I wont repeat. He also knew my home address and my wife's ssn. I hope they are satisfied because now it's federal. You should call Social Security Administration, Federal Trade Commission, Your state's Attorney General, and Local Authorities. Also FTC will advise you to call experian and request a report. These people have your information before they call, somehow. Be advised, its a scam... but they already know what they need to know to ruin you. Hope this helps someone.
