Same ol' IRS scam.  Exact same message left on answering machine as from another reported number (347-674-3984) earlier today.

This Number, 914-712-8148, left a message on our answering machine on 8/3/15 at 5:00pm.
Saying the IRS was filing a Claim against us and we need to call this number back immediately.
I have heard this is a Scam.
Didn't answer the call.

IRS call scam saying the IRS is suing etc.

Didn't pick up the phone. sounded like a scam.

IRS always sends letters.

Got a robo-call from 914.712.8148. Did not answer. Scammer left recorded message stating "...this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing law suit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department at 914-712-8148. I repeat, 914-712-8148. Thank you."

same thing irs called sueing me scam forsure

Received 3 messages from the number on my answer machine. When I returned the call, Lady with Indian accent told me that I owed 4300 for back taxes from 2010 to 2014. I told her that Donald had died and she hung up on me. I attempted to call back from my home number and the phone call would not go through. Called on my cell phone and it was answered by similar sounding person telling me that there was nothing wrong with their phone. Would not send me a copy of the so-called tax due bill. Looks like a scam,
