first a recorded message. Then a guy I can barely understand saying he can lower my card rates. I ask which card. He's says chase, visa master card Bank of America
I said..oh you work for them all?? He starts his speech about credit card services, I told him he's a scam artist and take my number off his list

SPAM ROBO-call, with an pre-recorded outgoing message: "This is Heather with account services..." After those words, I hung up.

Called to lower my credit card AWP??? that I had with them.  I do not own a credit card.  I told them I did not have one and they just hung up on me.

Called my cell, no message, dialed back and it says the Mail box is full, good bye

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

Repeatedly receive this call.  Their mail box is full.  Chris Zohler made the call.  Sound slike a scam.
