Dunno who it was but from the looks of the other reports it's most likely Spam.

I will not answer unless they leave a message I don't know that number and I've already been receiving Spam calls from the IRS and a relative from Mexico asking for money-which is dumb because I have no one in Mexico

Called, I answered. I heard an electronic beep. I said “Hello” a couple of times, but no answer, so I hung up. I “Googled” the phone number and was led to this website. Thank you to the folks who run this website and allow us to share info on unwelcome phone calls.

Received a call claiming they were from a bank that my family does not use (on my personal number) asking for my mother. As her adult child, I asked what it was in regards to and was immediately told me “that’s sensitive information, we can’t disclose.” Immediately hung up. Went to google the bank and their numbers do not match to the call I received.
