I have received numerous automated calls from this company, asking if my carpets are dirty, etc. I have called twice and asked that my number be removed from their list.

Note: Caller ID lists this number as "private caller." I had to listen to the entire message in order to get the phone number.

We are on the Do Not Call list, yet we get frequent automated calls from this carpet cleaning company.

These people are a scam!  We are also on the Do Not Call List and yet they still call.  How is it that they do not give their name or are not listed anywhere?  The search on them only reveals tons of complaints.  If anyone gets a hold of a company name, please report them.

Same complaint as everyone else. Recorded message from "Ray" wanting to clean. They call about once a month and I complain at the donotcall.gov web site each time. I guess we need a lot of complaints to get anything done!

Leaves repeated messages on our landline for carpet cleaning with 916-234-9398 as a contact number. When I tried to call to get taken off, got the message that I need to activate a long-distance carrier to complete the call (our landline does not have long distance enabled).

Several calls a week on all of our lines.  We will find the location and post it hear so we can sue them

Alex, please do.  I have been getting calls from "ray" for over a year usually once a month.  Today we got 2 calls in one day from his machine.  we are also on the national do not call and have attempted to be put on their company do not call.

I have received 20 calls from, at first Jeff Harris, and now Ray (same voice and company name).  He has used different phone number over the years.  I have reported each and every call to the donotcallgov site to NO avail.  They will not do anything to stop this caller.  If anyone has had success in stopping his calls, please let me know at tagteam@theunion.net

3 calls from this company this week, 3 complaints to the FTC do not call web site.

It looks more and more to me that the do not call registry is just one more tax sucking government agency that gives no service to those of us who pay taxes.

Same complaint as all the others. I have received multiple calls from this company and called them back leaving a message to be removed from their list. Still calling. I have files a complaint with the do not call registry- we'll see how that goes..... someone has to know how to find this company as they have a telephone number! Someone must be paying for that number, so how are they not found? This is ridiculous!

I have filed five complaints with the Do Not Call List with no success.  This is over a two year period.  I agree with the note above that says the Do Not Call List is just another government bureau that does nothing.  Sounds good but is so far worthless.  What can we do to make government responsive?  I say remove the present garbage and replace with new unknowns.  I have more faith in the unknowns than the present locked in representatives.  At least, I have found, that the new try for at least awhile before they become locked in.

Like others have posted, I have received numerous robocalls from someone who calls himself "Ray."  I, too, have called the number he leaves in the message and asked to be removed from his list to no avail.  I, too, have been awakened from much needed sleep only to pick up and discover its a robocall.  I, too, have reported this several times on the DNC complaint site without any response or action.  Today I also filed a complaint with BBB, probably also to no avail.  What can we do.  This is outrageous and such an invasion of space.

I have also recieved calls from jeff harris and ray from carpet tile and furniture cleaning co. iasked them to remove my name from their call list they have not. i filed many DNC complaints. this company has called me every other day for the last 2 weeks. i think they just like to harass  people.

I suggest everyone make an appointment for Ray's carpet cleaning for a time/date when you will not be at home. I think if enough people send his people on false calls he may get the message. I, too, filed a complaint with the Do No Call fregistry.

if you talk with the attaney general office they will tell how to stop this guy .... it is called harrassment ..... once you call him a leave a message to take your number off the list then if they call back it is harrassment .... and then call the local police .... if anough people call maybe they will pay attention .....

I have tried for years to keep them from calling. The more adamant I am that they stop, the more calls I get! I have informed them repeatedly that I am on the no-call list and request they remove me from their database but they persist in calling. What is the point of the no-call registry if no one will enforce it and block idiots like this?!

We have received several telephone calls from Ray for carpet cleaning and we too are on the do-not-call list.  The phone number given was 916-234-9398 but the message box is full when I try to leave a message.  A telephone look-up Internet site says the phone is a land line in Sloughhouse, California but would not give for free the name of the person who owns that phone number.
