This person claims to be an attorney..it is a scam.  Don't believe this person.

Calling at seven am to try to threaten me stating that I had taken a loan out.  I never did.  He has all my information......liar....liar.  threatened to have cops come after me.  Never saw a one.  ScAM.

I have recieved many calls from this number and also other similar numbers telling me that I have criminal charges against me for a payday loan.  Well I have never took out a payday loan before so I know this not true.

Same has happened to me!!! They wouldn't answer any questions and hung up on me when I told them the police could come and arrest me! If I was being sued I would get written notification in the mail not to mention I would have to sign for the papers. How do I report them so that they get caught?

just got a call from this number .......... they didnt answer any question for me either ........... he did threaten me to to get the cops out on me after i told him that i believed that was a prank call .........

They cursed me out, said the chips were coming to my job....then called my job! Wtf do I do?

Guy called and asked for someone else with my last name. I said it was the wrong number and he started cussing me out. I called him brave over the phone. He had I think an Indian accent. I apologize if he's not Indian.

These people have called my phone and job, and i know for fact this is all B.S.  I have reported this to the police, and made a report.  When i told them they wished me good luck as my legal matters unfold and hung up on me, no attorney would ever threaten anyone,and it is illegal to threaten. They said i would be arrested at my job the next day, and nothing happened because it's not true, i never took a pay day loan out, and nothing has ever been deposited into my checking account. Beware if you have ever written a check, or filled out an application online the police said it is not hard for these scamers to get personal information.  But like to cops said it was better i filled out a report, because then i would at least have something to back me up if monies were taken from my account. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS GUYS!!! Make sure you tell these scamers that they have been reported to the police and the FTC

Yeah they called me on the phone i hung up then they call my job so i called the num they said i had payday loan out i never did and said someone is sueing me im goi to jail the police its on its way im tryi to ask this do a question he said he was mike anderson a att im like i dont know what ur talki i never had a payday loan

I received a call today and they threatened me to. I asked the Indian speaking individual what LLC or corporation he represented. He told Me he represented ABS legal group which was false. Also, when he called the first time his name was Jason Anderson then later in the phone call his name was David Parker. I informed him that I will report the call to local authorities. afterwards he preceeded to call me an idiot and use very fowl language with me regarding my mother. where do i report this incident to?

Got a call 8:30 am Sat and 7:15 am Mon morning with threats of going to states attorney office. Did my homework and Steve Henry and Jullian Miller are quite popular on scam sighs. First review any payday accounts. Second check for scams (which I beelieve this is). Three ignore.

I received a call from Mike Anderson saying he was at was collecting money for federal legislation of unsecured loans. Never received a unsecured loans beforeand this man had a strong accent and was very rude.

I am very concern because this guys has all my personal information. what should i do. besides filling a police report

I turned my phone off over the weekend because these tele-criminals called me at least a dozen times.  The message I received that aggravated me to no end implied I had some imminent pending legal action.  When I called the number to give my legal warning to them to never call me again, the response was, "My file was being downloaded to the 'Federal Registration Bureau', and an investigator would be knocking on my door in about 45 minutes...," Lol...NOT!
Needless to say, there is no Federal Registration Bureau.  These people have access to unwarranted personal and possibly financial information. This is the earmark of identity theft.  It is quite possible that my personal information can be used in a foreign country for financial gain.  Even offshore accounts from this country can be obtained.  I would greatly appreciate any resources or government agencies I can contact to report these people!

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

They have been calling me harassing me several times a day claiming that i took out a loan which I havent, saying that I have criminal charges against me which I know I don't. I would have been informed about it if i did because I have identity theft alert on my record with IRS and all major credit bureaus. SCAM

Received a phone call,, asking for my attorney information,, claimed he had a warrant for me, issued by the state of california,,,  would not share any information,, asked for a call back number, for main switch board to verify he was who he said he was, gave me the same number, said it was the main number, but yes, he would answer,, stupid I'm not...    tried to call him back for the heck of it, no answer,,

Someone (claim to be calling from the state attorney's office) just called my job telling me to call this number and speak to Mike Anderson and they would tell what is going on but something about Criminal Charges. Who are these people and how did they get my work number?? he even had the last 4 of my social.
