I have received 2 phone calls from this number stating that if I don't call back that I would find myself with legal consequences.

same number called me twice today already with a robo voicemail saying that someone's suing me and to call back or face legal consequences. idiot scammers!!! go to hell!!!

I received to from this number stating that I must have my lawyer contact them or I will be in legal and series trobule or suffer the l consequences

916 282 9879 - left a message on my voicemail stating they were from the IRS and someone filed an 11A on me,  if I didn't call right back I would be in legal trouble.

FYI, if you get a call from this number it's a scam (916) 282-9879.  They are saying they are the IRS & if I don't respond they'll take legal action against me & that I'll be arrested & taken to jail.   Well they've been continually harassing me and I got fed up with it.  Told them I know who they are & I am gonna report them to the police.   The supposed IRS man went from having an accent to a totally different voice and said, "Police??? Kiss my A**".  He sounded like a gangster.  BEWARE!

Wont stop calling me even though I have called them back and told the idiot that the IRS does not call you and he said he was going to forward my name to the Attorney General, I said go ahead because I want to take to them about you!  So far today they have called me 5 times.  I filed a complaint with the do not call registry but I doubt they can do anything.  Tried to get me to say my name.  Told him you should know my name if you are the IRS!

Damn I called back they answered ask my name when I gave it they hung up....now I'm scared....they have my number and voice recorded name...can they steal from company's with my number & voice name as authorization....Geeze feeling victimized! He had an India accent......SMH
