Ignored call.. No voicemail

Didn't pick up .. no voicemail left

Received multiple calls from 916.295.6097 in last few days.   Male caller left voicemail saying he was from ECMC with a matter to discuss, but didn't say what it was.  Left an 800 number to call back.  Very leery.  Sounds like telemarketing.

They constantly call, but never leave a message!

harrassing calls at my work. "important business matter" sounds like a scam to me.

ECMC is a collector for federal student loans.

Student loan debt collection agency. You're better off dealing w/the original debtor than these guys.

They are already garnishing me and they won't stop with the calls and emails. I block every number they call from, but they always have other numbers to call you from.

ECMC Is a student loan collector.  The original lender puts in a  claim to Sallie Mae and ECMC collects for them.

916-295-6097 = ECMC = debt collector for student loans = robo calling due to Obama administration wanting to collect from all those white people who got student loans and now he wants white America to pay them back....his words, not mine....so in a swipe of his pen and not thru congress, all those loans have no expiration date....in other words, if you have student loan debt that you did not payback, watch out, the statute of limitations has been super ceded by and edict from the guy you elected....and last year an out of work guy got put on this and made over $600,000 so now everyone wants on the bandwagon...trouble is, we don't have any student loans debts...as it is a robo call you have to wait for the computer to turn you over to the call center and they ask for someone with a similar name...probably made up....and then they ask me for our personal information which I will not give them over the phone....and then I block them as they robo call from a variety of numbers and states...ugh...talk about ugly americans!  well, maybe not, they had a hubba bubba accent....ugh...

This number calls regularly but never leaves a message. I researched this phone number and discovered that it is a debt collector for student loans. I finally answered their phone call one night and the caller asked for some female’s name. I told the caller that I didn’t know who the individual was and that I’ve never had any student loans. I kindly asked them to remove my phone number from their call list. He apologized.
