New and too frequent calls from this number . No message ever left . Will block if it if it continues

Just got my third call from this number in two days, with no message left. This is looking awfully suspicious.

ID says California  Leaves no message.

Getting tons of calls from this number over last three days. Never leaves a voicemail. Blocked.

3 to 4 calls per day from this number for several months.  This caller is a harasser and stalker under legal definitions.   I have had enough.  Tonite, I decided to answer rather that letting call go to voice mail when they typically hang up with no message.  After the call tonite, you don't want to know what I said.  Bet they won't call back.

Search of internet says this phone number is used by Brooks Fiber in Sacramento

Brooks Fiber Communications is now leasing their phone lines to telemarketers.
Report them to the FTC.

This caller was using a different number up until today... Says "California"...same scammer.

I have kept getting calls from the number 916-403-0435. It never leaves a message. Since I don't recognize the number, I Never answer it. SCAM???

Person said they were from the California Republican Party. Not sure if this is real or a scam, but I don't do research polls or give money over the phone, so I just said I was not interested and hung up.

Don't recognize the number so I didn't answer about 10 times.  They have never left a message.

My guess is it's a political call.  I have gotten a few calls from other numbers seeking donations for Republican candidates.  My guess is Rubio and Kasich sold their donor lists.
