This is a scam!  Do not answer and do not call them back.  Please look up Provisional Risk Services to see what others are saying.

Kimberly Smith (with a very thick accent) called from Provisional Risk Services for the state of California, stated that there were several allegations to be filed against me immediately with my local county clerks office (inaudible) will be actively pursuing me at my place of employment and my residence.  I do have the legal right to resolve this outside of court, but once I am located I forfeit that right.  I can contact their legal department at 844-245-0877 & ends the message with (my old name), you have officially been notified!

There was another company contacting me using T.A.G. as their services about a month or two ago.  They used the same "scary" tactics that this place, Provisional Risk Services, is using.  I have checked my credit and I am not in collections for anything.  My credit is in very good standing.  By the name they're using for me when they leave a message, I do know their information is very old, past the statute of limitations old.  And they should always be able to send a written validation notice, if they don't DO NOT PAY!  And never confirm or give any personal information.  There's no reason they should not be able to give you their verifiable address.

I reported T.A.G. to the Attorney Generals office and I will be reporting this company too.  The Attorney General's office advice was to "screen out" or "Hang Up' on the callers and to NEVER give bank account or credit card information to a stranger over the phone.

I just got a call from these people also.  They asked for me using my maiden name and actually had the last 4 numbers of my social security number.  They are aggressive enough that they called my home,  as well as the cell phones off 2 of my in laws.  I don't know how they got this info so be careful.  It is definitely a scam!! The number they used was 844-245-0877.

I just got a call from provisional Risk Services. Did not answer because I didn't know the number. They called my cell phone. They said that they were going to call the HR department of my employer and if I didn't call back today they were going to pursue legal action and take me to court. I couldn't understand the woman's name that left the message. But it was a very threatening message. I've gotten these calls before everytime I get a call its from a different number. I have blocked all the numbers I've gotten calls from this far. But every time I block one they call from a different number. The woman had a very thick accent as if she was from a different country. Don't answer these calls don't give them any information they are scammers.

Indian or Pakistani debt scammers.  Ignore and block.  Hindi accent pretty strong.  They've also called from another number saying "Provisional Risk Services of Texas.

A Patricia Jones (heavy accent) called my phone and I called back. She claimed this was an arbitration company and pending cases against me. There is no record of such criminal or civil action against me as I don't involve myself in sketchy activity. THIS IS A SCAM! They keep calling and I told them to stop calling my phone!
