Indian accent guy calling saying he is State Attorney General and we are going to get arrested if we don't pay. He has called our work place also. Totally against the law

Indian accent, asking about someone who doesn't work here, I kept explaining that, and he kept telling me he "didn't want to talk about it, just wanting to speak to Seen Thomas. I asked him to spell it, and he said "S-e-a-n". I said it's pronounced "shawn", and he said he just wanted to talk to seen thomas. I told him we only have one Thomas here, and they were female, no Sean Thomas works here. He seemed really offended and finally hung up without another word. They need to find friendly people who listen to what you say. Bad, bad, bad manners and such a distrustful soul.
