It was fine. It was just a survey.

I'm confused Mar, do you think the automated survey reads this?

Call me every time I call Verizon.  No caller ID provided.  I have told them several times that if the want me to do their survey they must ID themselves or their call will no get answered.

I'm pretty sure it's fine. They called soon after I called Verizon customer service and asked me to rate the representative. In the time I spent looking up their number though, the call system determined I was taking too long to respond and hung up.

At least it's not a scam, just an annoyance.

Could be Verizon as I did do some business with them this morning, but there is no id letting me know who is calling and I never answer calls from blank id's or id's with just the area it is calling from.  Those callers are usually either selling something are trying to scam us.

So they won't get their survey answered this way.
