Called cell on 05-09-16 at 07:21 a.m., didn't leave message, no name on caller ID, phone shows call from Sacramento, California.

On April 22, I started to receive calls from 916 area code exchange 596 phone numbers, with no names on caller IDs, and no messages left.  Here's a list of the numbers:

916-596-9763
916-596-9712
916-596-9734
916-596-9733
916-596-9865

The pattern is suspicious, probably scam calls, telemarketer, or debt collector trying to collect a nonexistent debt.  It would not surprise me if the caller is Portfolio Recovery Associates.

These jackwagons must be affiliated with the URS jackholes. I have TWO file folders in my cabinet documenting these scams. The URS guys were contacted by the CA AG's Office in 2010 after refusing to validate so-called debt, while also signing for my USPS-certified letters.

Interesting that both are popping up on my caller ID again simultaneously.
