Keeps calling, leaves no voicemail.  If you call back w/ your number blocked, you get a message saying their number is not in service.  Call w/o your number blocked, says they are Vision Financial.  Did a little homework and they work for Pinnacle, who refused to validate a debt for me last year that is 15 years old.  I called them last year to let them know how old the debt is, and they proceeded to tell me I'm wrong.  Yeah, I think I remember that I haven't lived at the address you're giving me in 15 years, and it's also in a different city, not to mention it's a college dorm. Send them a validation letter certified mail, no response.

I also have received three calls from this number. When I called from my blocked number it also stated that the number was disconnected. I did not try from my cell phone. I don't owe anyone a dime and never have.

Just received a call from (916) 604-4542 at my work number.  When I answered the telephone no one said anything, just dead air for a few seconds and then they hung up.  I've never known of a bill collector who doesn't say anything when they are trying to get money out of you.  What they didn't know is that I work for the Attorney General's Office.  Maybe that's why they hung up when I answered the telephone.
