    Called twice on 9/24/15 while I was at work. Second call with-in half hour of the first. ID on phone said CALIFORNIA CALL. No voice mail left in either case.

    Called a number of times  and no message left

    Same thing --- I was in a meeting and saw i missed over 20 calls in about 45 minutes.... I called back and it said the verizon number has been disconnected/changed.  They called back and I picked up and they said "hello -- something services" (very thick accent) - and i told them to take my name off of whatever list they had and the caller just hung up on me.  So, i just blacklisted (i finally answered just to make sure it wasnt someone that actually needed to get in touch with me)
