Received a message from a Lisa Davis with Legal Affairs Enforcement Action with an incident regarding my name. Called back and picked up by the voicemail of an Indian or Middle Eastern sounding male stating he was an officer from the US Treasury Department, can't answer the phone right now, blah blah blah. All scammers and spammers. I have established from this site that every number from the 916 area is a fraud.

Lisa Davis called from this same number regarding an "Incident" with my daughter.    Pretty sure it was a fraud and glad I looked this number up.

I too just received a call form this scam. About 3 weeks ago i got a similar call from a guy calling himself Eddie Parker. Exact same accent as Lisa Davis, nearly the same speil. This one from 323 786 0626. Both prefixes are from California. I didn't pick either call up, just rolled to answering machine. I've blocked both area codes. Look the 323 number up on this blog and you will find it sounds exactly alike..

I also received a message from a Lisa Davis with Legal Affairs Enforcement Action with an incident regarding my name.  The caller had a very thick accent but a couple of parts of it sounded odd.  I believe it to be fraudulent and have not intentions of returning her call.  

got a call on my answer machine last night (could not understand him at all) I understood his name asJphn Davis and something about US treasury. just got a call now on my cell phone same guy, and that I'm going to be arrested. something about US treasury, I just started laughing and he said I hear you laughing but this is no laughing matter, I told him whatever I can contact the US treasury myself and he just hung up.. Idiot

Same as what others are reporting a person with the name Dennis Miller called from 916-872-9423-twice saying he was calling from the Dept. of legal affairs with the US Treasury and there was a pending legal case against us.  His batch number was 10127.  He sounded Indian this is definitely a scam.

Glad this site exists! A Ryan Miller  with a very heavy Indian accent from legal affairs called about a pending case in my name. What a scam. Worst part about this call was that they called my mothers house looking for me and left this message on her machine. My mother is 72 years old and very easily scared by such calls and thought it was real. She then proceeded to call me very upset and worried about my "pending case." These kind of calls are dangerous and need to be stopped to prevent people like my mother from being possibly taken in by such scammers!

"Michael Miller" just called stating that the US Treasury dept of legal affairs was calling concerning a law enforcment action against me. this is the number he supplied. when i called back they answered US Treasury dept of legal affairs.

John Davis called my parents phone where I haven't lived in over 12 years and left a message for me to call him.  Just like above, he was from the U.S. Treasury dept. Said that they had tried to serve me with papers for six months for a warrant because I was going to be under arrest for tax fraud. Told me I could higher the best lawyer in town and they could do nothing to post bail.  He was going to transfer me to the U.S. treasury to let me speak with them. I asked super nicely if I could speak to someone that I understood when he transferred me, he said angrily, I'm issuing the warrant for your arrest. Then hung up.  I'm not sure what the scam is because he didn't ask for info.  But definitely a scam.

I came home to find three threatening messages on my phone from someone calling himself Ryan Miller.  He said he was from the "Department of Legal Affairs."   He ended each message with "Have a Blessed Day", which I thought was a nice touch.  I can't say I return the sentiment.

Received the same message everyone else is about some legal action, very thick accent, US Treasury....David Miller.  Definitely a scam!

A woman with an Indian accent left a message on voice mail stating that I needed to call the US Dept of Treasury regarding a very serious matter.

Same call: from a Lisa Davis, female with a very thick accent (possibly Indian) saying they were contacting us in regards to the Enforcement Act from the Legal Dept of the US Treasury.

These callers are the ones that wear used toilet tissue to cover their heads.

Received several calls from a Man with heavy accent identifying himself as an officer of the Criminal investigations Dept of IRS claiming to have me arrested over some investigation if I do not call him back.  Have previously received similar calls from the same voice leaving other telephone numbers. sometimes he calls himself Mr. Smith, and the last time he called himself Officer Bane of IRS.  Scam. Scam .Scam. Another call back number he left behind was 310-7427410 just in case anyone has also come across that number.

Left a message from this number on my answering machine on December 23, 2014 and had my name in the message. The man had a heavy Indian accent and said he was from the US Department Treasury Department of legal affairs and threatened legal action against me if I did not call back right away. I knew this was a scam and I wish something could be done to stop these harassing calls!

Well, he will tell you that all sorts of bad things are gong to happen to you, but i f you just pay him by untraceable Green dot money paks, he will make the whole problem go away.
