An scam recording of trying to trick you thinking it's the IRS.

Word for word, same message as the other posters.  This is a scam!  Kevin Miller (with a very heavy Pakistani accent) called from "The Department of Legal Affairs" (916) 872-9429 talking about some vague "legal action" that is being taken against me.  He said I or my lawyer should call him back immediately, or I'd have some very big legal problems.  Reverse Directory lookup says this number belongs to YMax Communications Mobile in Roseville, Ca.  If anyone lives there, it would be nice to make a visit to them & find out what they know about this.

Had the very same message today -sounds like a total  scam and am NOT calling back-
at least not from my home number:)  might try my own little scam on them....

Received same message as others have posted. Called back from my cell as I googled the listed phone #. As I listened to Kevin Miller tell me that I was being sued for tax evasion I googled his phone #, interrupted him and read him all of the posts below. He quickly hung up on me.  Shame on these people!

Received a call from this number to this evening at 6:48 pm ET...told IRS gave them my name and number due to tax invasion case against me...Also, said there will be someone at my front door tomorrow/Wednesday after 9 am to arrest me for tax invasion..I asked for an IRS case number and he transferred me over to another person..when I told him this call was hoaxed he raised his voice...they have my full name and home address..

Received a call from this number this evening at 6:45 pm ET in regards to a Tax Invasion case against me..told me received information from the IRS..Also stated there will be someone at my front door tomorrow/Wednesday to arrest me..scarey thing is they have my full name and address..

Unfortunately I picked up so shpeel  was slightly different asking for another member of the household from same dept of legal affairs claiming to be Calvin? Miller & claiming it was an important legal matter & to call back. Gave a different ph though - this time 909-271-9874.
