Being threatened with pending legal action. Trying to obtain my personal information. I refused as I have had a fraud situation tied to my bank account within the past year. I informed the woman, Trina Harris, that I was immobile at the moment and could not get up and get a pen and paper. She then said started telling me that she would personally come to my door and asked if I would "wheel myself out there" - I am not in a wheel chair nor did I say I was. She continued to mock me and attempt to strong-arm me into divulging my personal information and then hung up on me.

I had the same call yesterday from Wanda I think it was. She told me she is a processor and had legal docs for me and I can find out about them by calling 888-505-5703. I called and got a David Chase and he ask to confirm the last 4 of my SS # and when I told him he hung up on me. I then called back and got a voice mail. Again today the same girl called and ask if i was able to get in touch with the company, I told her yes and gave her the above details and she said that was strange. I got the number and claim number again and called. Voice mail once again, hit 0 for switchboard and no answer. I tried calling "Wanda" back at 917-268-9953(showed up on caller id) and a recording says the number cant be reached.I'm going to keep trying to reach this David Chase fellow and find out wth this is about.

I just received a call from the 917-268-9953. A Ms. Rogers left a msg on my voicemail stating it was in regards to an account resolution. She never left any specific information in regards to the company she was calling from but said it was a time sensitive legal matter and that if I didn't return a call to this # 855-472-9684 that they would begin to contact my employer, friends and family to reach me.

Same thing here, I got the call this morning from them. It really started yesterday with an email from a total differnet number. I have a case with the BBB against them, and I will be sending the rest of their harassing call list to them also.

this is not the first time of this kindo of event.I am not the only Álvarez called from this phone. My brother was called as well under the notice talking about sone kind - like legal documents. These issues are not discussed over the phone; this is poor or unprofessional manner; therefore these documents are to be discussed person to person with faces exposed and properly identified.

This woman called my husbands cell today threatening to come yo our home or his work place with legal documents about a matter. We have no idea who this is or what this is about? We will not be contacting her after reading numerous stories about this being a scam!!!! If by chance she continues to call I will be reportiung her to any place I am aloud to report her!!!

Same type message, called leaving  V.M. message for some unknown (to me) person, along with personal  details which as mentioned above should only be given after confirming that they have reached the person in question, anything else is a violation of the law.
They don't give their name or name of their bushiness, just say to call the firm that filed Wynn and associates 714 465 4427 even gave the case number.
It's a common misconception that contacting the better business bureau. The BBB works for the businesses, and is there to protect their paying customers, the businesses.  They are there so that you won't contact the correct government agencies, the one that gives that business a license to do business. I'm sure if you ask them which agency gives them a license to do bushiness they will hang up on you, or if you ask them anything like their address. However it may be possible, though you would have to pay a fee, to get the name of the business and their address by paying to reverse look up the phone number, underline may, can businesses be unlisted? I don't know. And after you call the state and ask which agency gives this type of business a license to do business, then contact that agency and file a formal complaint. It also helps to contact your elected representatives to make sure the agency doesn't fall asleep (or wake them up)
Companies like this push people around because people don't know their rights, don't want to cause trouble, so they know they can continue to abuse people like this, but that's the way to get action. They don't care about loosing one customer, but they do care about loosing their business license. Sometimes it takes numerous complaints before the licensing agency realizes that action needs to take place. They are so sloppy they left a voice mail message.

This is a collection agency of some sort. Threatening legal action..I say go ahead.

his company has called everyone put myself trying to serve me with legal documents regarding a debt. First, I have never heard of this company. Secondly they have contact people who are of no relation to me such as my sisters in laws, my step father, my sisters husband. Third they have left voicemails for these people stating they are trying to contact me and have left my personal information on the voicemails which IS ILLEGAL!!!!! I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission regarding the matter. I have contacted this so called company and spoked with a Ms. Hayne at ext 162 whom at first came off as if she was trying to be helpful but when I called her pluff she got extremely nasty and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a Ms. Kerns whom from the beginning was nasty and proceeded to ask me if I was embarrased and so on. Do not fall for this scam. I told them that if there was any legal documents to serve me with then by all means come and bring them to me. I will gladly see them in court.

I had the same thing happen to me. Robert gram called me numerous times and said there was a lawsuit against me. he even went as far as contacting my sister and an old roommate from 20 years ago. he's left numerous messages with my parents.he's told them they are going after me because of a 1997 accident rats been closed since 2004 and that my name is attached to an accident from the guy who hit me, i wasn't even involved with that. if there was a problem, i probably wouldn't be able to register my car or get insurance for it.  i have paperwork to prove that this case is closed. i made a mistake of getting a few payday loans out. I know i did wrong....that won't happen ever again. i don't know who else he called but what this company is doing is illegal. these people should be arrested and put in prison for life. i told my sister and parents that they are a scam. I have yet to get a knock on the door from some lawyer office with papers. all for a measly 125 dollars! The 858 number is some recording. They are just mad because i changed my bank account, have credit protection and working with a payday debit company. If there is such a lawsuit, where is the paperwork? These people are crooks and afraid to leave a papertrail for fear of shutting them down or legal action.  I've got a lawyer (where my mother works) looking forward to seeing the papers. she had someone check on the bogus court case # and there was no such thing.  they should know if they do send papers they will be sued by me. Go ahead and try! Im waiting....

I just received a phoen call from 917-268-9953 from a lady stating her name was miss wilson and she left a voice message stating that she was giving me a call again because I never called her back and now the compalint against me was going to be sent to my county so that a court date can be made if i did not call her back.  she gave me a 888 number with an ext of 485.  3 weeks ago i received a phone cald from a 213-217-9953 phone number from the same lady only her name on that message was Denise Sharp and she said she was a locator and she gave me an 877 phone number to call to prevent action with the same extention of 485.  She even called my sister's inlaws who i have only met 2 times and dont have a phone number for them. I dont get this at all.  I think it is funny that its the same lady with 2 different names and 2 differnet phone numbers that she called from and she gave 2 different phone numbers with the same extention number.  SCAM!!!!!

A woman called me asking for information about my fiance. This is another collection agency trying to employ tactics to get you to pay a valid or invalid debt. In this case it is an invalid debt that keeps getting passed around to different collection agencies, every few months the calls start again. This place is called NCS, first time I have heard of it.  You have to ask them for their address (good luck getting it from them, but a lot of googling can get you there) so you can send a letter asking them to validate the debt, you never hear back from them and they sell your information to another collection agency and you have to do it all again.   Anyways, this woman from NCS called from 917-268-9953 but asked me to call 877-236-1275.

I received a voicemail yesterday, from an "investigator Atwell" 917-268-9953 about an investigation pertaining to a lawsuit against an Andre Dillard case #1241685. In addition, another number was given to call a legal department at 855-820-6104.

I just received a call from someone asking me to donate $100 or $150 to a group trying to stop Hillary Clinton from running in 2016.  But during the phone call I wasn't sure what the spelling of the website that the guy mentioned, so I asked him.   I wasn't sure if he was saying PAC or PACT for part of the website name so I asked him which is it.  PAC or PACT.   All he did was repeat the full website name.  So I asked him was it P A C (or was it) P A C T.  All he did was repeat the full website name yet again.   Again I asked him was it P A C (or was it) P A C T.  After the telephone call ended I did a google search and found out the website is http://www.stophillarypac.org/  (I want to stop Hillary, but this is a fake website for a fake group). Since this guy didn't even know the spelling of the company name I knew it was an attempt at identity theft or just plain theft of my credit card number he wanted.

Strange how this same number is being used for debt collection for other people and now for a fake website today for me.

Same thing. Cole Jonathan left a VM stating its in regards to a private investigation and my name and SSN are tied. Said if I didn't respond within 1 hour he would take legal action. He left another number to call back 877 563 3715 with a case number.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and when I answer they hang up without responding.

Received a VM from this phone number, supposedly from a Blair Kingsley, a private investigator, for an attorney's office that has two counts against me, she referenced a case #, and I need to respond in a timely manner or I will be served at home or my place of employment if I do not contact 1-866-462-1526 back.

This phone # that called me is located in NY; I live in a completely different state.  Not sure why someone from NY would be calling me. I will refer them to the Attorney General's office from my state and report them to the FTC.
