i recieve the same message today and i talk to mr.carrion he said that they are going to call me back. never call again jajaja maybe because i notice that all this is a scam jjajjaja and i never react happy about the message!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahaha I saw the congratulations text and called from another number because it was too good to be true... They never answered.

HAHAHA, I laughed the entire time I read my text. I truly don't understand how people fall for this this day and age. Come on, REALLY?!?!!!!! I was asked to contact a Mr. Garcia Torres.

I recieved a call about 30 minutes ago saying my son had, had acar accident and he was kidnapped, and that I must pay a fine to get him back, if not they would kill you. He asked to meet up at any bank that I could take out the money cash. Please be careful and call 911 asap.

The number is a New York City number!  This man called in stating that someone I know was in an accident and that he got the number from his phone. When I asked who this was and who he was looking for, He got upset and started speaking in spanish. He asked why so many questions and he, then started getting upset so, I hung up on him.
I didnt give him the chance to further his pranking but it does startle you when you know people from the area He called from.

I received a call from this number onApril 26, 2012 they told me my brother was in a car accident!!!!!! Stupid people!!!!!!!!!!! My brother doesn't even live in this country!!!!! Is a PuertoRican who calls..... They should stop this people but police doesn't do anything

THIS PUERTO RICAN [***] CALLED MY SISTER AND SAID I WAS IN A BIKE CRASH AND HE WAS HOLDING ME HOSTAGE FOR $1500 AND FOR HER TO GO TO THE LOCAL WESTERN UNION TO SEND HER MONEY. LUCKILY MY SISTER CONTACTED ME FIRST. I SLEEP RESTING ASSURED THAT ONE DAY, THESE PEOPLE ALONG WITH THEIR [***] FAMILIES DIE A SLOW YET PAINFUL DEATH :)

A puerto rican called me a while ago telling me that my brother was in a mortorcycle accident and the other party he had the accident with was in a gang and they were holding him hostige. That I needed to go to a store and send $600 or they would kill him. I got very scared and i was about to go when a co-worker stopped me. We googled the number and its some kind of scam to steal money.

a guy callme from this number,askingme,if i know or i have a son that have been in a car accident,i told hin,no i dont have a son,so he start said bad words,that upsedme very much,for no reason,please findown who is this person,and call his attention,thankyou.

A Puertorican man called me few min. ago from that number speaking in spanish saying that my brother got into an accident and the people from the other car kinnapped him....etc. I got scared but figured out it is a scam.

He called me and was speaking very unclearly. He said something about my brother and a gas station. I told him he had the wrong number, and he shouted something like, "Man, you go'n' do this to yo brotha?!" I repeated that he had the wrong number, and he said something I couldn't understand, but it was in an angry fashion. I just sat there and said nothing to see what he would do, and he just hung up. What a weird call.

I recieved a call at 2:07pm. I was told that my brother was in a car accident and he was being held accountable for the damages to the callers cousins vehicle. he said his cousins were on the run from police and had come from puerto rico. I did not want to give too much away, so i instead obliged the phonecall and simple stated I needed to talk to my brother first and verify what he had said. (I don't actually have a brother) He insisted that I give the money up and I continued telling him i'd be happy to but first needed a name. He got frustrated and said he was not going to spend all day with me and that i was making too many excuses. He said if i didnt pay he was going to "do what he had to do and make the phone call" I promptly hung up.

Well I got the same call about the accident but I don't have a brother and my wife is a an attorney for the goverment - so we will take further steps hoping to find who or the group involved and make them pay something since they where intrested in money - I had someone ask me for help that couldn't understand someone like him and I told them it was a scam and now I get a call sounded like the same guy but for them it was thier brother was a hostage and they where from Mexico where it is feasble - but sure this is a scam that has to have worked enough for them to keep going - but we will see what the next step is.

I got a call from this number 917-319-4190, they wanted to scam me of $1000.00 stating the fact that they had kidnaped my son and they were going to kill him if I did not pay them the $1000.00

Whom ever is using this phone number is a criminal and should be in jail, I am contacting the police and will report this number.

I received calls from this number saying my family, friends, were in a car accident, were getting beaten up, that they were drug dealers. I called the Police, who took the number. Please call the police if this happens to you, so these awful people can be stopped.

I received a phone call from 305-431-9387 saying my brother had met in an accident.  Caller was very nice at first until I insisted on speaking with my brother. He said that his brother had my brother locked in a room and is going to kill him with his gun.  I am not to call police and I am to bring... I hung up on him so I don't know what he intended to say.

He spoke very good English, but also spoke some Spanish words. Hope we catch these guys; luckily I had heard of this scam before and didn't believe him.
