Received a call from this number this morning. Did not pick up, as there was no caller id associated with the caller. The number is provided by bandwidth.com. No voicemail was left.

Perhaps they hung up because knew they had the wrong number, male/female voice otherwise surely they would have said something...

Some Robo dialers will only notify a human operator if a number called is answered. For that reason, I don't normally block a number until I know who they are, but rather send them to voicemail (I use an Android call blocker). If the number calls more than once and doesn't leave a message, I set the blocker to pick up and play annoying sounds.

It's a telemarketer :/ not pleased to get this call on a Sunday. They are blocked now. Buh bye

I have received two calls from this number.  Nobody answered the phone upon taking the call.  They are now blocked.
