That is Progressive Finance - a debt collector.  I could be wrong, but this outfit may also be a lender by the same name which provides "easy money" to those who have poor credit histories.  I get calls from them all the time on the number of a Net 10 phone I use for emergencies when I break or lose my phone.  I figure they're calling the person who owned the number before me.  By the way - want to learn a lot about how debt collectors work?  Read the book Bad Paper.  It's a slow read - but read the whole thing to learn the whole truth.  It's like a confessional from the dregs of society who can't get or hold down another job when they're fresh out of prison.  It's "honest work" for the bad guys.  Once you learn the truth, you won't be intimidated by debt collectors who "work for attorneys".
