917-477-4078

Called our company and asked for a person by name, which they presumed to be the owner.  When I said that person was not the owner, the woman who called asked if I was the owner.  When I replied I was not and asked to take a message, the caller just stated they would call back.  A quick google search shows the number belongs to US Marketing Advisors from Valley Cottage, NY.

When will telemarketing companies learn that 99% of the people they call will NEVER do business with a company that cold calls them.

Caller ID says Casey Morgan, but has a 917 area code.  I answered reluctantly, sure enough I heard a busy call centre on the other end and a voice asking for the owner of the business.  I hung up.

I received a call from this number to my company just a moment ago: 9174774078 Which led me to your link.

I have large respect for any one who is working, heck I used to be a telemarketer myself and I always treated even irate clients with the utmost of respect.

This lady says to me "This is (name withheld) calling from Online Marketing Advisors regarding your websites search engine placement."

I said: "Thank you for the call, but this is already being taken care of by local firm. I kindly ask that you remove me from your call list if possible, as I receive these phone calls everyday."

She answered: "Not going to happen, we will call you again tomorrow."

It's sad that you operate in this disrespectful fashion. Hopefully this information gets to the right people, so that you can instruct and educate your telemarketing division on proper etiquette and respect for potential clients.

All the best, and to a prosperous 2015!

Caller ID says Casey Morgan. I know no such person and have no clients in AC 917, so I'm not wasting my time on outfits that cannot be forthright about who their company is. That just looks like a Scam waiting to happen.
