I am receivng e-mails from someone claiming to be from E Loan Universe and that I owe money from a payday loan.  He wants it to be sent Western Union, Money Gram or Grenn Dot.  Cannot provide me with legal documentation that I owe this debt.  The one form he did send had the wrong social security number.  His name is Tom Brown .  I actually copied the section from the consumer protection act to my reply e-mail.  The phone number doe not bring up any information when I googled it.   tom brown [s.f.i.ejackson@gmail.com] is the e-mail.

I am receiving the same e-mails but they have become very threatening so I have filed a complaint with my state attorney generals office. they are threatening to take ALL of my property and wages if I don't pay them for a loan I have never taken out. and it also threatens me with prison time I have sent them a message back telling them what i did and to bring it on they don't scare me

I have received an email, but the phone number is on the contract they supposedly say is mine...  I am not familiar with this payday loan company

I thought that I actually owed them money.  I asked about payment and was referred to Western Union, et. al.  I was told to send the money to Judy Dibble.  I did not want to make a payment to a person for a business transaction.  I used USA CREDIT SERVICE as the first name and JUDY DIBBLE as the last name, and sent the money via WU.

I got a call back telling me that they could not receive the money that way.

I called WU and reluctantly agreed to send the money care of Judy Dibble.  The agent then went to process the payment and told me that they could not send money to Judy Dibble as her name is associated with  suspicion of fraud.

I thank God they caught this before I lost a lot of money.

This place USA Creditservice is saying I owe money to them, they sent me a email and also called me, I do not owe any money this is a SCAM!!!!!!
