Are they trying to tell you something you don't already know, or insult with you with their insults??? Whoever it is, chances are you probably know them. It's an annom app avail to ppl wish to send texts, without being found out about.... Thank The Lord for the internet age and technology ... Dar that sounds sounds so dated, but still -- least I tried to share the knowledge:)

This jerk is a stalker. After me for years with personal info but no threats. Not dumb. Also uses multiple email addresses like pecksniffian-shark@lycos.com. An idiot never the less.

For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

It is an anonymous text from someone you know. That 917 phone number just comes up. They are using the mustache app. I kept getting harassing texts. I called the number and its always busy. So I googled and Mustache app came up. So I signed myself up for that app and sent myself a text and this number pops up.
