- Jimsame as above, CID was William John. Hang up.
- mkThey claimed to be from Microsoft (very heavy Indian accent) & that my computer was showing error codes. I asked her a few questions like 'if you know my account information, what's my name' and she wouldn't respond. She said they have tried emailing me but I didn't respond, so I asked her what my e-mail was and she changed the subject. I told her not to call back. I went on the Microsoft website and it states that they do NOT make unsolicited calls.
- only call if you speak ENGLISH| 1 replyI received a call from this number today. The obviously stupid imbecile on the other side of the conversation sounded like he was attempting to be from another country. I am from the United States and I do not tolerate foreign callers for this reason. This imbecile attempted to pretend that he was from "Windows". I pretended to go along with his ridiculous claim that something was wrong with my computer and pretended to push the keyboard buttons he requested. I then simply hung up. He had the audacity to call back. I humored him and answered. I immediately reminded him (because he already knows) that he is a moron and that I knew he was a fake and I knew he was now going to simply hang up. He then proceeded to pretend that he didn't know what I was talking about (because he is now an intelligent, "Windows", stupid, imbecile). He suddenly got bad signal and then he was gone!!! It was laughable at best.

- AlanotafoolhereSame as above. These morons wanted me to run a command run on my computer to get my "license id." I know what it means when someone tells me to go to run a cmd. Screwballs. Microsoft technicians. BULLSH*T. Would not give name of company.

- Nobody's FoolThey must have all of our numbers, because they've been calling our land line and now cell phones too. Same story as above... she will help me stop getting errors due to Windows not updating correctly. She sounded completely confused when I told her I didn't have a Windows machine - but an Apple. She said she they "have me down" as a Windows user. She got confused and hung up. I think if they call again I'll go along with it for a while and then give them this for a license ID: 0HWH-ATAF-00LUR.

- tony| 1 replyHave received several calls from this number. Being somewhat computer challenged and noticing that my lap top was running a lot slower I listened. I believed he was from someplace official and agreed to let him "make my computer like new", for free!!!. In retrospect I am an idiot.
The first calls were kind of humorous in that where I live I have no wifi so use my phone as a mobile hot spot for laptop. The problem is that when I am talking on cell I can not use internet.
So the guy with very heavy accent (I am guessing Indian) named Jack Williamson (red flag) calling from Texas (red flag--NY #) trying to give me commands to get into computer and he could not comprehend/understand that what we were trying to do was not working.
I asked for a # I could call him back when I was in a wifi place. That number is 845 603 1105 , his email is Jack@ITBLUESSQUAD.com.
Anyway yesterday morning I had a meeting scheduled in 30 minutes when "Jack" called me again at work and we started to check on my laptop. He gave me commands and we roamed around the inside of my laptop for 45 minutes before I shut him down. I was seeing a lot of cool stuff I had no clue about and he was telling me that my laptop was corrupted and ready to crash unless he fixed it (at no charge). I was believing until he let me know that if laptop was less that 70% bad his service was free, BUT mine was at 89% (he was shocked--I am ready to lose everything) so he would have to charge $119.00 and my laptop would be as good as new.
I told him I was done and had to go but he kept working the deal--he became a salesman instead of a friendly helper. Was still talking when I hung up.
He called me at home last nite about 9 ("this is Jack to fix your computer". Told him I could not talk , hung up.
I expect him to try again and if time allows let him do his thing. I have no intention of doing business with him but I am learning how to move around inside my laptop.- Caller: ITBLUESSQUAD ???
- Charlottemissed a call from this number. When returned call, an auto message reply explained # not in service. Is a spoofed number.
- M3I am so tired of these people from "Windows Support" calling my cell phone. One time, I pretended to go to my computer and type as instructed. When they asked me what my computer said, I said "S C A M". they asked me to repeat several times. About the 4th time, they hung up. But, they keep calling me back.....how do I get them to stop calling me?
- tony replies to tonyyes JACK@ITBLUESSQUAD.COM
- DumbassesSome foreign [***] said he was from the it's and be investigated. Couldn't hardly understand him so I told him to take the camels dick out of his mouth! Lol. Funny thing is I got a refund this year and file my taxes every year properly. Just a scam that doesn't work
- Edward J DietrichI received a call from an individual with an Indian accent who said he was Jack. He claimed he was from Microsoft Support and that my computer was sending error messages that blocked me from receiving updates.
