We just got the same call from "Dennis Gray" - Interesting that he never identifies the agency from which he is supposedly calling, and can't identify the court before which we would supposedly by dragged.  Looks like round 2 in the Telephone Scam Derby.

The screaming kids in the background are a nice touch. It's like he's calling from a park bench!

Got a call today, 6/6,  from this number.  Had to laugh.  Said he was calling "you" no names mentioned.  Have three adult "you's" at our house.  Hope people don't fall for this one !

Just received what seems to be the same pre-recorded call from Dennis Gray.

Dennis Grey, called two times, says he is from Treasury Dept. suggesting potential federal prosecution by an un-named court and un-named agency, and offering "assistance, it I don't call back you will be prosecuted!  Sounds like the same spiel he's giving to others.  Do Not Call Back,  This is a SCAM!

Said his name is Nathan Johnson with U.S. Treasury.  They were going to sieze my property and bank accounts

He changed his name to "Dennis Quaid".

Call from 917-775-0026 from Dennis Gray referred to "you" and not a person by name and used terms like enforcement action taken against you, Treasury, Criminal action if no response, Grand Jury and encouraged a return call. Go play with Lucifer Dennis Gray.

I called Dennis and straightened everything out.  Turns out I actually inherited a diamond mine in Nigeria. I should be getting the money any day now that I provided all my financials.  Poo poo on all you naysayers.

I have reported this phone number to the IRS Scam center.  In addition to 917-775-0026, I have gotten calls with the same message from "Kevin Mason"  Crocket, CA 510-256-0326 [same voice as Dennis Gray] and another Out of Area leaving call back number 360-450-0205.  That one was a woman who left no name but my daughter called her back asking her to identify who she was without giving any info from our end.  As soon as we told her a report has been filed with the IRS, she quickly hung up.
These are scam calls.  Report them to www.tiga.gov   Hopefully the government will be able to trace these and bring charges against them but they are probably being generated from some remote site overseas.
