Received call from this number by person claiming to be Office Frank Miller from the IRS. He stated I had a problem with my taxes. When I asked his badge number and physical office location he gave me a false ID # and claimed he could not disclose his physical location.  All bogus.  After hanging up I called him back to chew his @ss a bit more at which time he told me police were on the way to my address, warrant for my arrest and FBI/CIA surveillance of my property...that I was in BIG trouble and never call back again. Needless to say I kept calling every half hour for the next week.  He changed phone numbers to 347-434-3390 and I see that number has been reported on this site with...hold on....Frank Miller from some Cash America site about personal loans.  They really get iritated when you call them back and tell them what idiots they are!  Middle eastern accented men don't take well to opinionated western women!  

Received 2 calls and messages stating they received my application and if I was still interested in the loan to call him back at this number. First, I never submitted an application to Capital One Bank, and two, I have been receiving quite a few unknown calls on my mobile.

Those people are not really from the Middle East. They are Untouchable Indian career criminals. I some times talk to them when they call, or when I call their number back, just to humor myself. I tell them what pathetic little Indian untouchables they are, members of the lowest caste of Indian culture. I go on to say that real Indians, members of higher castes, are welcome in my country (The United States of America), because they are intelligent and hard working, but little untouchables like Frank Miller never will be allowed. <then I blast an aerosol air horn in their ear.> They rarely call back.

Voicemail from Andy Rogers (?) of the IRS, with a thick Indian accent said :
"there is a warrant against you - call back or you are in trouble."
Caller ID : New York NY

Also got voicemail from Andy Rodgers of IRS with "a warrant against you-call back or you are in trouble". Is that how they think our gov't does things?  Not even believable.

I got this call today at noon.  LMAO.....it was so obviously fake it was hysterical. I like the air horn idea! LOL!

These people have called in TX too. Scam. Don't answer.

Also got call saying IRS was issuing a warrant. They need to be reported for impersonating a federal agent.

They call left a message stating a warrant is being issue if I don't call them back IRS taxes I owe

We are in Canada and received a voice mail message that a warrant was issued and if we did not call back would be in big trouble. Did talk to them the next day and man with East Indian accent started to say I owed back taxes and if I did not pay the police were going to be coming to my door. Told him I was Canadian, had never worked in the USA and had no idea what he was talking about. Then hung up. Names I heard were Ed Rogers and Frank Miller.

Andy Rodgers from Federal Investigations of IRS (had to listen about 5 times to this message to make out that identification due to caller's heavy accent).  Said call back to see what it was about before they search the house? Lol.  A warrant has already been issued?  Man, I hope these people know Americans are a little smarter than to fall for this BS

this is a fake loan company.that ripped me off.

  I was offered a loan of 5000 dollars from Advance America of which I never applied for . They probably want me to send in a guarantee fee that I can pay off the loan in due time . I am not falling for such a scham again !
