They say that they have a judgement against me for a loan company, and I never applied for a loan. I call the so called loan company and they said I don't have a loan with them and its a scam!!

received a call saying they were about to send me to court and with interest and fees I owe $1900-I contacted my lawyer and was told its a scam do not respond!

I started getting phone call from this number on my birthday no less March 17 saying that a debt collector of mine is sending me to court and that because they paid them to send me to court I have to pay more to get everything close and to stop me from going to court. They said I had to pay over $1700. I called the company I thought was sending me to court, and they told me that it's illegal for a debt collector to send someone to court. And it would cost more for them to even to it. So this a scam!

These guys have called twice, and when I returned the call, they said I owe over $1900 for a defaulted loan taken out with Rise Credit, and were going to take me to court. I went to my bank, got bank records and even tried our local police, there's nothing I can do to report them. But the cop said it's a phishing scam. He advised me to flag my credit report with the big the reporting agencies. BE AWARE PEOPLE, THERE ARE SCAMS EVERYWHERE!

This company calls to tell you they have a complaint filed against you on an unpaid loan. Funny how they have my personal information and it did not give it to them. When I ask for the copies on the loan and whom it is with, they boligerantly tell me I will recieve papers from the State Court system. When I call the bank they claim the loan is through. They have no record of these people and start their own investigation. When you call the number back, you will get a different person answering with a different company name each time.

This person call me also and said they were taking me to court.  and did 'nt say why just to call this number 918-201-2022. I did and know answer.  this happen 's all the time.

A woman called 3 times and asked me to return the call.  If not, they would further process the complaint against me. When I called back, she had me on hold for 5 minutes, came back to the line and put me on hold again!  She never even identified the company name when I returned the call!!!

These people called my phone saying I owed this loan, I never got a loan from said company.  When I directed them to my attorney,  no more calls. Its a scam. This number 918-201-2022 is landline out of waggoner, Ok.

Have been getting daily calls from this no. Returned it once but never talked to a person.business was Rise something. They also said if u did not return the call it was an admission of guilt and u would be prosecuted.
