- Daniel| 2 repliesThey change numbers and continue to call. I told them not to call my phone again and the man on the other end continues to tell me Yes I will be calling and when I tell him NO DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN he continues to tell me what part of yes do you not understand I will be calling again. Police need to do something with this harassments.
- The Avenger| 1 replyPretended I was a little old lady and got to the second tier .... someone by the name of Anita Johnson, a senior credit advisor. When I told her I didn't have my credit card statement and said I would call back when I find it, she hung up.
How do these people make any money by calling the same people over and over again .... and then hang up when they get to the point where they might actually close the deal? What if, after calling me more than 1,000 times in the last three years, I finally changed my mind and want their service? Oh well. I guess I'll just have to wait until tomorrow for them to call again. They always do.- Caller: Card member services

Pr-Recorded Message: Scott from Credit Card Services...
Well this time they had an option 1 for rep and option 2 to be removed. I choose option 2....
Still waiting for the Kimberly Coarse case to come to a head to see if there will be a reduction in calls. - hwertzThat's the thing to do -- maximize the amount of their time you waste. My personal technique (wastes their time without wasting mine) is when they want the 800# off the back of my credit card (I don't have one), I say "I don't have it on me, I'll have to go get it" then just stick the phone in my pocket and go on my business. I had one of those f**kers on hold for over 10 minutes! It's nice to time it right, though, it's more fun to get back on the line and inform them "Ha, I just wasted 10 minutes of your time, I don't even have a card! Quit calling or I'll waste more of your time each time!!!" than it is to just have them hang up. Either one is pretty sweet though!
Something I do want to try out, is to give the "800 # off the back of my card" as 888-225-5322 (FCC hotline) or 800-REALITY (800-732-5489). (I have NOT verified this second number -- I saw an article about Sandusky, his lawyer said "If you believe this witness you should dial 800-REALITY", and it turned out that was a gay sex line.)- Caller: "Steve from Account Services"

- Wyoming LadyRecorded Message: Scott from Credit Card Services... Regarding the option 1 for rep and option 2 to be removed. I choose option 2.... ....about 100 times now. I am SO tired of Credit Card Services wasting our time. Excuse me, I do not have ANY credit card debit!
- Caller: Credit Card Services
- Tom replies to Daniel| 1 replyThe callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
- Wyoming Lady| 1 replyI think the same ones also say they are Cardholder Services. They call from all over the US.
- Caller: Cardholder Services
- Warren replies to Wyoming LadyThey call themselves Cardholder Services, Bank Card Services, Card Member services, and other aliases, but they are actually the card service scammers, whose aim it is to get folk's credit card numbers by deception.
- AnonymousPeople from "Account Services" have been calling me non-stop for weeks now, & I'm getting pretty damn fed up with it.
I've got the FCC's website up pretty much 24/7 so I can make a report every time they come in, & I'm getting called several times a day, from this number & a long list of others.
Keep reporting to the FCC, people. Eventually, we'll get a class action lawsuit, & I'm gonna walk away with SOOO much money from these [***]!!! - DarkThey just called. I didn't reccognise the #, so I ignored it. I kind of figured it was the credit card scam people, as they always seem to call this time of day.
- ScottCalled me too...
- MommaMissed a call from this OK number. Don't know anyone in OK.
- sadieI have called the national no call number and gave them 6 different numbers that been card service so far nothing different has happened so i sure that calling them does no good so i just don't answer if its not a number don't know its a shame when you pay a phone bill every month just to get a bunch of harassment calls.

- John replies to TomThe card service scammers WILL "service" our credit cards, BUT, when they finish "servicing" them they will have no available credit remaining!
- June RiccioTelemarketing call. I am on the do not call list.

- Daren KJust got a call from them. Blocked, all I can do
- cadyladyReceived a call on my cell phone from this number trying to get information to lower credit card rate---said I had been preapproved. I do not carry a balance--so I don't care what the rate is. Please stop these calls. it was a recording so you could not talk to anyone. Just hung up
- IllinoisThis is a call that came through on my cell phone. There seems to be an increase in "scam" numbers. I no longer answer the phone if a name doesn't come up. If it is someone I know, they will leave me a message. These callers do not. Why can't they be stopped? I am registered with the Do not call network, but that doesn't seem to block them.
- Tyler DurdenKeep getting calls from this number. I've had calls coming in from various numbers for the past three years. For a while it's been scammers, but now there is no answer. Just harassment. I'm young enough to know something was up from the start, but because they keep switching numbers, there's no way to just stop them entirely. This is bullsh!t and I really wish that consumers had recourse for behavior like this.
