lovejab - 24 Aug 2007This # called asking for a lady I knew but hadn't seen in 30 years. They had called several times but didn't leave a message. When I asked what the call was about, they said it was personal. I wish they would get penalized for these calls. My next question would be who does this website belong to.

Mike - 2 Nov 2007Called me also. It is another Tulsa OK number for NCO Financial Systems Inc., a nasty collection agency that does not respect the law. See also 918-665-8200 and 877-212-9585. DO NOT answer their calls! Send a cease and desist letter to make them stop (see budhibbs.com). They can call from 8am to 9pm local time and they will keep calling unless you send the letter.

NCO SUCKS!!! - 14 Nov 2007NCO is a bunch of scumbags who try to collect on debts which are mostly too old to collect upon if you know your rights. Even if they have a valid debt they usually dont have the proof required in court. Dont talk to them and if they bother you too much send them a cease and desist letter. Then they can only sue you to collect. Collection agencies like NCO are looking for the easy target so if you fight with them they will go away most of the time. The success rate for collection accts is about 1 in 6 so if you become a hard case they will likely move on to easier pickings.

Mike - 9 Jan 2008If you dont owe any debts then they are calling because they either have a wrong number or they are looking for someone who they think you might know. Either way they are not likely to stop calling unless you send a cease and desist letter to them. Go to budhibbs.com for a sample letter. Send it by certified mail and keep a copy. Tell them you dispute any and all alleged debts, ask for written proof and demand they stop calling you pursuant to federal FDCPA law. You wont hear from them again. These braindead collectors are not too smart so you need a sledgehammer (the letter with threat of lawsuit) to shut them up. If they are so thickheaded as to continue to call after receiving your letter then find an atty and sue their butts. Its almost like free money, the laws allows the lawyer to get his fees and you get $1000 as well if you win. Most debtor rights attys know when to take a case since they only get paid if they win so it is no risk to you.

Chuck - 18 Dec 2007This is a collection agency. They take accts from Bank of America. I owed on a credit card that was 4 years old and they just started calling me. They call my cell phone because I dont have a house phone. They have been calling about 3 times per week. Dont answer the call and they never leave messages.

Tired in Georgia - 21 Aug 2008I get calls at least 2-3 times a day and never receive a message on my machine. I check my caller ID every time the phone rings now. I have even turned the ringer down on my phone because my spouse is usually asleep when they call. My friend answered the phone once and the guy was asking her if she was my daughter or mother. That's none of their business and I do not appreciate it at all.
