    They said they were from Microsoft support and I had an issue with my computer and that I had initiated the call.  I did not call them.

    I am getting so sick of this BS.  The #*(Q@#s spoof the caller ID as OUT OF AREA, which is a clear indication that it's a scam.  Any legitimate company would show the real name of their company on the caller ID.  When I picked up the call, I could hear the well known boiler room chatter and when I said hello, the call was disconnected.  With all the technology available today, why can't something be done to catch these lowlifes?
