A machine called me and started talking to me in Spanish. I don't know what it said because I don't speak Spanish.

this number called me. i didnt answer it, because i didnt know who it was so i looked up the number online. i heard it could be a machine that calls you and if you answer it it cost you alot of money.

This number is for CRG Collection agency  out of Owasso, Oklahoma, it is a sister company of CMI Collections

My daughter was called & given 877-289-0711 to call back. When she did, a very rude person asked her to confirm the last 4 of her SSN. She said it was not hers & was told her name would be romoved from their list. When I called to see what was going on, the man would only say that his company was called CRG. He very rudely told me they were a collection agency & hung up on me.

My daughter also received a call on her cell phone.  They insisted that she owed them money and wanted her bank account #.  She has no idea what this was about.  Then she got another call the next morning which she did not answer.

Does anyone know where to report this?

A man named Cory Jacobs with CRG called me and told me I owed a debt over 12 years old.  I have never received anything on this until now.  I don't owe it, and even if I DID, there is NO way I would not have known about it until now.  He was rude, yelling at me, and condescending in every sense of the word.  He will not listen and will make you to be a thief.  He threatens credit bureau reports with no legal leg (as told to me by the BBB, CCC, and FTC with whom I have filed complaints).  Do not let him bully you.  Write a cease and desist letter to him and his company and a copy to the FTC.  The BBB told me that often times, these companies buy out bad debt and will use illegal and neglectful tactics to collect debts that are well past the statute of limitations, and even will try other customers who had accounts with the company they are "collecting for" to get you to pay others' debts.  Its ridiculous and really uncalled for.  Google his name and you will find many facts about him and the other's that have had the same experiences with him.  I feel this is a big scam since he can give me no bill, no paperwork whatsoever to back his claims.  I even called the original "debtor" and they have no claims that I owe or owed them anything.  Be careful and let someone know when you are being bullied... especially about a claim they can't or won't back up.

He just called me again, has been harassing me for months now for a bill in another state with a company I never used. He threatens to ruin my credit but I would imagine its already done seeing as how he's claiming I owe stuff from several years back. He had the gall to get upset over my being angry with him. He told me I'm not a nice lady. This was after I said loudly, ok I yelled that I was sick of him harassing me and that I did not owe this and I didn't care whos social security number he has or if he reports this bill to the credit companies. With all the places you are asked to give your number I'm sure my number is out there, but did he have mine? I didn't listen that long.

This time the call came in saying unknown name and unknown number.

Him or a lady claiming to be from the same company calls at all hours sometimes in the night. I have repeatedly told them they have the wrong information and I do not owe this. I called the company they claim this bill is with, not CR but the original bill. They told me they have no records in my name for anywhere which is how it should be because I've never used that company.

I am an attorney pursuing CRG (Credit Recovery Group), learned very quicky thay the name I had to use for this lawsuit was PnL Agency L.L.C. the reason the owner uses 3 names and does not provide physical address is to prevent anyone from locating him for lawsuits or F.T.C. shutting them down. For everyone's info these are valid debts, the ammounts are very wrong, we learned that the owner applies any figure that he feels necessary to make him more money generally the figure we notice applied to many of these purchased debt os approximately $750.00-$850.00 keep in mind this is completely illegal. and if you want to pursue them legally contact any attorney who deals with fraud companies or debt collection companiea. This is a very easy case as they violate about every FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) that exists so if the attorney you hire knows what he or she is doing its a guaranteed win.

I keep getting phone calls from these individuals claiming my sister is going to be served a summon and I need to give her an emergency message telling her to reroute her mail because they have been trying to deliver papers to her unsuccessfully. First of all I want them to stop calling my phone, I am not forwarding any messages to my very sick sister for them to harass about most likely someone else problem. The lady was very rude and said ok officers will be there since your not cooperating "REALLY" I would think this is illegal to try and use scare tactics on people to get money. Who can this be reported to?  Calls are coming in now Unknown or Unavailable. I will no longer answer these calls
