Someone called 4 times between the hours of 3:05am and 4:59am. There was a voicemail left after each call and I could hear background noise and some voices but no one left a message. I tried calling the number back when I awoke at 6:30am and found that the number had been disconnected.

This number called me, I missed it but on my voicemail it was recording saying this call may be re-.. and then it ended. It was going to say may be recorded. It scares me that it was probably from the Tulsa County Jail. This is the first time I've received a call from that #.
My caller ID says it was from Name Unknown at 2:12PM on 9/15/2007.

This number tried to call me again. It says it's from the Tulsa County Jail. It was around 11ish midnight last night, and I don't stay up that late so I didn't pick up. It left a voicemail though. :( I want it to stop!!

I got a call last night at 11:45pm. This information was good to know that it came from Tulsa Jail because my husband's X-wife went to jail last night. Now I know who it was. Thanks people.

When you get a phone call from number you can check OSCN.NET or Tulsacounty.org and see who is in jail. Just wanted to let people know.

Got a call on my wife's PRIVATE CELLULAR number's voicemail.  Recorded msg says it was an inbound COLLECT CALL from Tulsa County Jail, but it needed to be on a PRE-PAID account to be setup with 866-230-7761...[Google=Globe-Tel Link].  Also, to press [4] to "accept" the call.  WE don't know ANYONE ANYWHERE "near" Tulsa or Oklahoma.  And even if it was someone we knew that got into trouble "just passing thru there, they would call our HOME, or MY cellular number instead.  SCAM.  SCUM!!

Number displayed on caller ID as 'Unknown Name' - 7:10 PM; 5/12/08. I did not answer & there was no message left.
