Called my work, asked for me by full name.  I wasn't in, didn't leave message.

This number keeps calling repeatedly throughout the day.  Today I finally had someone on the hone and they were very rude and demanding my name.

Going to check into turning them in.

AMERILOAN  -Payday loan scam  - do not deal with these bottom feeders.  they will give you 150.00 that will end up costing you thousands.  they will debit your checking account over and over until you have to close it, and then they will harass you at home and at work, call your references and threaten you through them.  They are not legal

Toby from Ace Cash Services called "so & so's" work phone number. When told that the employee was not in they asked to leave a message as they were returning her call. They claim they were calling in regards to an application she submitted. When I told them that they needed to remove this number from their system because the employee was not to receive personal calls at work, they said "well just give her the message." I told them this was a work number and that they needed to respect the request and remove the number. He said, "I will remove the number when she calls us back and provides an accurate contact number." I told them that I was not going to until they agreed to remove the number. They asked who I was and I told them I was the employees manager and they asked for my name. I refused and they said "well I'll let her know that you were unwilling to give her the message when she calls us back." I hung up. Stupid people.

918-442-0302 is ameriloan. They have called and threatened me before. A man told me that I was supposed to be in court that day because I was being sued for $5,000 dollars. The thing is I only took out like a $300.00 loan with them. He asked me if I had received any papers stating that I had to be in court. I told him no because I hadn't received any papers stating that. He said because I didn't show up I was a suspect in my state. This had me terrified so I called my local sheriff's department to see if I had any warrants out for my arrest. The answer was NO.  As I look at this site and many other sites, I have realized that they may not even be legal. I just hate that they go around scaring people and being so rude, because the man that I talked to was very rude. I would really like to know what I should do about this situaton.They don't call as much as they used to, but now I just don't answer the phone. Any other suggestions?

I get a call from these guys EVERY SINGLE DAY, at least twice, with the recording,

"This is an important message for STEVEN GRAVES, if this is STEVEN GRAVES, press 1 now."

I used to hang up. But in the last SIX MONTHS (yes, they have been calling that long) I have been pressing 1 to talk to a human being. I have said THOUSANDS OF TIMES to put this number on their DO NOT CALL LIST. Most of them are very rude and hang up the phone as soon as I say I'm not STEVEN, (Obviously, unless I've had a sex change). Today I called them BACK after hanging up with moron number 1,388, and told the guy who answered that I was ready to FIND this office and file a massive complaint against them. I had to explain to this ignorant being that is is AGAINST THE LAW to continue to call a number who has repeatedly requested you DO NOT CALL it, especially when I am NOT in ANY way connected to who ever owes them money.

Those of you who have ever had anything to do with Ameriloan, the call is most likely for you. Those who have never even heard of Ameriloan, be prepared to fight off these calls for the better half of a year, or change your phone number!

I have also been contacted at my work number for a former employee. I told him it was my direct line and to remove me from the list, he refused to do so and even asked for our local main number. I asked again for him to remove me and he refused. I am tracking every call and will be filing a complaint with the BBB

These clowns have repetedly called me for the last six months, I had recived a $300 payday loan from them over 8 months ago when I needed cash, they had taken $550 from my bank account by the time I had to close the account due to them taking my hard earned money they wouldn't let me pay back so instead they just kept taking interest from me every payday. Unfortunitly the BBB was not able to help in any way and these people keep calling and trying to harass me 3-4 times a day calling as early as 6am and as late as 11pm.These people are very rude luckily they don't have my current work number,

these people dont give up and they are harassing to the point my employer is upset with me now and i am in trouble. Make a report with the BBB, FCC and Atty General in your state

These people call everyday for an ex employee. they are very rude and say they are going to sue him. he said he never even took out a loan from them, but THEY are trying to give him a loan!! ridiculous. do not call means nothing to them.

Yeah these ppl call everyday onmy workline. I think they are looking for someone who used to work here...They used to call my co-workers line. I'm usually busy and cannot answer personal line calls so I just "divert" them.

These pay day loan people call my cell about once a week. Yes, I'll admitted when I was younger I took a loan from them, this was over 5 yrs ago. They can't collect. Now that I'm older (and more responsible) I have gotten all 3 credit reports and they don't show up ANYWHERE on my report. Most these places aren't even legal in a lot of states. So don't get scared just ignore them is all I can say.

Does anyone have an address for these people? I got one in PA to leave me alone by contacting the PA Atty General's office. On their complaint form, (online), for what I wanted to see happen, I put stop them from calling cell phones and repeat calling numbers on the do not call list; I never heard a word from them again.

It's Ameriloan.  I had too many of those stupid payday loans and consolidated them through a payday loan consolidation company.  All of the other companys worked with the consolidation company except for these a**holes.  They have been calling me for over a year.  My consolidation company says to just keep ignoring them and that there is nothing they can do legally.  So, I never answer and they can just keep calling if they want.  It's irritating but I can outstubborn them.

they r also calling form 918-442-0864....I am on the do not call list why am i always getting these calls? I thought the whole point of being on the list is so places like this DO NOT CALL.

EVERYDAY multiple times a day this number calls me...STOP EFFIN CALLING ME... i just dont answer anymore...wasting my mins!!!!

This is a full SCAM. Nothing legal about this. Change your phone number and open a new bank account. No legit company will request payment but will not supply paperwork. They told me if I make payment arrangements they would send me an email,, but no proof as to a debt that they say I owe.. LOL

ameriloan continues to call my number to try and reach a person by the name of francis meredith. she apparently took out a loan with them and wont pay them. instead of them harassing her they call my number several times a week and want me to provide them with a way to reach francis. i have told them not to call me anymore and that i have nothing to do with francis meredith. i never authorized anyone to use my name or number.
they apparently dont care because they continue to call me. i plan on notifying the attorney general in california.

This number calls the museum everyday and when someone answers they hang up. This is getting ridiculous
