LIMENITA - 15 May 2008These people call me almost every day on my cell phone. They claim to be selling auto extended warranty. When I press 1 to speak to someone to tell them to take me off their calling list they either hang up on me or they tell me they will but then call back the next day. The last time I spoke to someone I was told the company's name was Auto Solutions.

JD - 15 May 2008Once when I got the message... I hit the button to continue and then when a live person picked up I asked "Year, Make and Model of your car please?"... That and I have kept them on the phone giving BS info just to waste thier time...

Don Long - 2 Jun 2008This number 918-468-2338 keeps calling my cell, home phone number asking to extend my warranty on my vehicle. Press 1 to talk to a live person for service. Press 2 to stop these calls. each option doesn't work. The live person says ok, they call again, Pressing 2 only leaves you hanging with dead air. Whats up with that. Can someone stop them? Then today, a new number 506-222-7449 with extra 9 at the ends calls for the same thing. Same voice. same options offered. The only common link is Pet Boys, I recently had them do some service on my vehicle. Did they sell my information to these jerks???

C. Holt - 26 Jun 2008I called the county sheriff and they said that they are taking the info and giving it to the FBI and FTC(Federal Trade Commission). This number is a scam and isn't even in Oklahoma, they are spoofing the number. My advice is if you are called, record the time and date and report it, but don't answer the call.

c- - 29 May 2008FTC states your number has to be on the no call list for 31 days prior to making a complaint. Verizon can't block this guy's calls. I'm considering filing a complaint (nuisance?) with the Nowata County Sheriff. If enough people call, maybe they will do something. Sheriff's number is (918)273-2287.

I gave them a number to AT&T where they can get information on tracing the call and the weblink to this comments page so they can see the 200+ individual comments on this one subject. It is nice to know that there is an agency with the authority plus the willingness to try to get to the bottom of this problem and put a stop to it. Any information that we can provide them is a step closer to putting a stop to it, so it is very important that everyone cooperate and be proactive. Complacency is the enemy as much as the criminals.

ash - 3 Jun 2008I just got a call from this number today, but since i was at work and could tell it was an oklahoma number (and i live in TX), there was no need to answer it. I called it back when i went on break (less than 10 mins later) and there was a thing on there saying it is not a working number. So i am very confused. Obviously its good that i didnt answer...

I got someone on the phone again, and she threatened me and hung up on me, and now I can't get through to them, but they keep calling my home. What can I do about it?

Kate - 8 Aug 2008I have gotten multiple calls from this number and if you press 1 to talk to someone to tell them to remove you from their list they will tell you "just give me your address and make/model of your vehicle" i refused to give it because I know that my vehicle does not have factory warrenty as it is over 10 years old. If you furthur listen to the call when you receive there is "press 2 to be removed from this list" well i've pressed it and i still get calls

zim - 15 May 2008I'm getting regular calls from these people as well, and to my cell phone. It's usually a recorded message saying that my current warranty is about to expire, which is bullsh*t because I have 3.5 years left on a 5 year manufacturers warranty. When I ask to be placed on their do not call list, I'm told that they will, but a few days later, I get another call. Anyone know how to prosecute them? Where to file for small claims court?
