This number is from Cavalry Portfolio and they are a collection agency. They have 2 agents that call and bug you for no apparent reason. They are Travis Bliss and Michael Blow. I hope this helps and by the way they both live in Tulsa, Oklahoma maybe you can look them up and call them.

Somebody handed me a letter at work ! Or I should say a demand!?! letter. I am supposed to show up in court over a car loan I quit paying once they repo the car YEARS ago... but according to my attorney they can still sue me.  Reason I googled this number I went back into my call log trying to remember who I had talked to about this last.  I had saved it into my cell "phonebook" so that I would not answer at embarrassing times. If they are calling find out why !!! For me this sucks hope it helps others.

In any case, it still means 'mentally deficient'.

This lady is crazy

Twice today, someone called from this number, said he was "Travis Bliss" and was looking for a phone number for a neighbor of mine.  I called them back and told them that I did not know the man or have his number, and even if I did, I wouldn't be giving it out to strangers. I kept asking him who he was with and how he got my number, but wouldn't give me a straight answer, other than the company name, Calvary Portfolio.  Didn't say what their biz was or how they got my number.  But he knew my name.  This is very disturbing. From searching online, they appear to be a collections company.
