Called but left no message.

Called two family members and told them they were looking for me. They said they were lawyers with a summons and if my family members didn't give me the message that they would "proceed"...well guess what? No one answers this number or the phony 866-383-3661 number either!

called me and said i had a document they need too delievery too me in perso  i ak what about she couldnt tell and out tommy white o the phone talking about i owe continentially bank never had that card before in my life

Just got the same call from that # 918-856-3560 a Us Cellular!! Why would a debt collector or anyone associated with a debt collector call you from a cell phone !! Told me to call 1-866-378-8333 with a case # or I would be served ...

I just got the same call and they did not even ask who I was and all she said was I need to know if you will be home to serve papers, so I said who are you looking for she said blank blank I said you have the wrong # and you are calling my cell and I have no idea who this person is you are looking for.

Called said papers being served in the morning. Who is this.

Called again and left no message.

He is a fraud. If you get a phone call from this number, call your local police department, contact the FTC, contact your locale State Attorney Generals office, contact your banks, social security office and the 3 credit bureaus. I have contact this so call bank and provided them with the information as well of this company as Centennial Bank does not provide credit cards to consumers in other states besides Arkansas and Florida. He call the wrong person. There is also a file set up with our local FBI office.

the person was suppose to have served  me with papers at my brother house about going to court... I called the number and they said that I owed some cc bill from an account that I never had. I pulled credit reports and still have not found the so called account number they gave me....Now what?

The called me using subtle threats that I owe an undisclosed creditor $800 from WHO knows when. Asked if I has been served yet. Instead of the inflated amount of over $3000. He would settle today for almost $700. He said the civil suite would include more charges if this goes to court. Bring it!

I recieved a call from them today from a Dallas number 469-341-7856. They told me to call the 18887990898, told me they would serve me with paperwork tomorrow. Then later on in the conversation, told me they could not send the paperwork back out due to they had already tried too many times on the wrong address. Says now they will just email me the documents, and I have to pay it before Monday. Appearantly it was for a credit card from 99, that is now $3000. I have never had a bank of America account.

I received a call from them yesterday from a fake MD number 240-134-5678, asking if I'd be home for a civil matter they need to deliver. I of course freaked out but asked for more info and they gave me the number 866-316-3895. Oddly enough they didn't care if I'd be home to receive the papers anymore after giving me that 866 number she seemed happy and hung up. I had never told her if I'd be home, nor did she verify my address. I called the 866 number where I was transferred to my "case manager" who then threaten me with a payday loan debt he claimed I got in 2004... while I was deployed. He sternly asked why I didn't respond to the letter they sent (to my old address) that was sent 45 days ago. I told him I never received it and he said that didn't matter since that time passed they are pursing legal action unless I settle the $2500 debt for $520 over the phone now. I asked for their name which he said was Watson Hampton & Associates. I couldn't find it anywhere online and he said they keep their info off the internet to better recoup their fees. I asked for their address which he said was in Delaware. Then when I got too suspicious I asked if he would just give someone that called with no documentation or validation of the debt $520 over the phone and he then reiterated they would sue me and that I would pay all these extra fees. He kept yelling at me and I said I needed a minute to think (while googling this information) and he kept screaming I needed to pay this or get served a summons tomorrow. He said he could email me the info if I wanted but I hung up on him after reading so many other responses with similar scam tactics. They then called back multiple times under the Oklahoma number 918-856-3560.  I filed a FTC complaint after reading others saying that was the best option. I appreciate those of you who gave your stories and suggestions!

I just received 4 calls from the following number 918-856-3560.  They also called my former father-in-law to ask how to reach me and he gave them my cell phone number (which they already had).  They left no message and didn't tell him why they were calling.  I hate companies like this if you are big enough to call family members then you are big enough to leave a damn voice mail message.  I am so sure !!

I think I am the only sucker who feel for this...WHAT DO I DO...  I have been trying to do well and and I remember using a quickpay day loan about 11 yrs ago.... but I also paid it...(I thought) and with my mommy brain  it kinda made sense and they had all this personal stuff about me and with a crying baby on my lap I gave in and paid...  I didn't want to go to court...  what do I do now??

tired of these calls. they keep changing numbers. i'm going to have to change mine.

these guys called and said they are from fitzgerald and montgomery. said i owed over a thousand dollars for an online payday loan back in 2007. they said they would settle for $420. they are out of their minds.

I  just got a call from this number.And the said something about a summons I call the company and they didn"t  have anything on me.So I call the Attorney General and They going to take care of it
