My wife agreed to purchase a Step 2 Kitchen from an individual in North Raleigh NC. I met the person off Exit 20 on I-540. Not realizing what my wife agreed to, I bought the kitchen.

It is my fault for not verifying, but the seller advertised a picture of a higher model Step 2 Kitchen (double sinks). The one I bought was a much lower model, and could be purchased new for a similar price.

I now know why the lady was in a hurry, and even loaded in my truck while I placed smaller items in the cab of the truck.

Thanks for writing this information. I was about to buy something from her and have MY husband pick it up. But, I am big on craigslist etiquette, so if she did that to you, I'm not interested in purchasing from her. Sorry that happened to you!

she offered to drive closer for my child's convenience.  do you have an address for this lady?  problem w a purchase and she met my child @ a neutral location and my child bought a lemon of a something for over $100.  very convincing and lots of details from her -- shocked & disappointed to be taken advantage of by her.  thank you!  TJ

        I had a bad experience, she advertised lot of legos, but when i went to purchase at exit 20 at 540
it was totally different and very very small quantity of legos she offered to me. Beware

She just ripped me off with an expired broken car seat, I am going to report her and call the police!  I called to ask her if she knew it was broken and offer to bring it back to her and let her keep $20 dollars and she said "good luck selling it yoursefl"

This is after she kept me on the phone telling me what a great Christian woman she was and how she loves children and that she had never sold anything on craigslist before.  That she was happy to help me and that she was praying for my child and myself because I was such a nice person!
